My vehicle continues to stall and idle at low speeds since you worked on it. $350 spent to make it totally unreliable. $100 per hour is a lot of money to charge to make cars run worse than they did before you worked on them.

David Im concered that your still haveing a problem and I thank you for taking the time to let me know.As I pulled records and look at the notes I remember the van came in for a DMV renewell but had a check engine light on and thats a automatic failure , so we diagnosed the codes in the computor and found misfire and lean condition codes,We then traced and found a vacuum leak at a Pcv hose assemble and replaced . We then cleared codes to make sure we didnt have more then one problem so we can be as efficient with your money . We test dove and no codes came back so we tested and it passed,test drove one last time and it seemed fine.I also show a invoice a slight time after stateing a intermintant stalling, so (no cost to recheck) you brought the van back in and we checked for codes (no codes) and test drove three different times and did not have it stall . so we suggested to continue to have us monitor or if you were experencing the problem to bring it right in and well look at it right away .Did not hear back so we thought things were good.If this problem has not been fixed yet well be more than willing to continue to check at no cost , if it has been and its related to what we did well take care of it . With our relationship in the past repairs I hope we can continue.If theres any questions please call Mike

Disappointed
I have used Titan Automotive for servicing both of our cars for many years. Approximately two and a half years ago I took my 1994 Buick Park Ave. in to have the air conditioning fixed, spending over $1000. It required a new compressor and other related parts. Since I seldom use this car it was only driven about 1500 miles during this time period, mainly in the winter season. I had a need to drive it recently and found that the AC was not working, so took it back for analysis. I was told the new compressor went out with many metal particle in the system. I was also told that since it was over the one year warranty period they would not remedy the problem unless I again paid to have it done. There was no offer to negotiate. I elected to do without. At least I did not have to pay for the analysis.

A small detail
I always get stellar, honest advice and service. My last service was just basic however later in the afternoon the day of my service the tire pressure light came on. When I checked the pressure all 4 tires were low, between 27 and 28.5 lbs psi. Manufacturer specs on the door say 32. When I filled the tires the light went off. A small oversight but that's the first "issue" I've ever had and I consider it a fluke.

Honesty in service.
The main shaft in my transmission broke, and the transmission had to be replaced. Titan did a great job. However, my car continues to lunge in reverse when backing slowly out of a slightly nose-down parking space. This inability to provide slow, even gas flow causes the car to lunge and the engine to kill. Titan was unable to recreate this scenario, and therefore could not fix the problem. I am uncertain why this is the case. However, I believe the only way for them to understand what occurs is to demonstrate the problem to them. I will try to arrange the time to do that in the near future.

The Titan team is always easy to work with
Always great to work with Mike and the Titan team. The only thing I would suggest is to communicate with the customer a little closer. I dropped off my car on Thursday afternoon and was expecting that the service would be done by Monday morning but never got a call with an update. I called Monday morning to learn that the work hadn't started on the vehicle yet. Besides that, everything else was great!

Friendly and courteous staff I was referred by a friend.
I realIy like the place close to home and staff was friendly. It just seemed to take much longer then what was originally told. I dropped it off early on a Tuesday and it wasn't looked at till 3:00. They said they needed to order the part and it would be installed the next day. I called to get the car and was told the wrong part was ordered and it would be another day so I wasn't able to get it till the following day at 3:00. We have 4 drivers in our family and 3 vehicles so when a vehicle isn't up and running it hurts us. The staff was friendly an I love the fact they offer a ride home and to pick up the car.
