I have an 06 F250 that was in rougher shape then I was led to believe. All the mechanics who worked on it before charged me $thousands, only putting Band-Aids on Sirius issues. I brought it into Reds for an inspection, and they immediately called me back in to show me underneath my truck. All the terrible work that was done by so-called professionals. I’ve been driving a truck that wasn’t safe. Thankfully, Toni was apologizing for giving me bad news but felt compelled to be honest because he didn’t want me to drive a dangerous vehicle. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that honesty. It was a punch in the gut because it’s not worth fixing, and he even recommend recommended way to at least get some money for it. He had nothing to gain by being honest with me. In fact it cost less for him to do the complete diagnostic then it would have for the inspection. I also brought in an old Hyundai to replace the rear glass, which Safelite wasn’t able to find. They also were charging me $100 more than Reds, and got it done quicker. They did a beautiful job! I don’t get anything for my opinion, except the satisfaction of knowing that I am letting other people know that Reds Auto center is the only place I have been to where they are honest and respectful. These guys are great at what they do, the nicest and most down to earth guys, and they are very fair and reasonable. You have to pay a professional for his time, skills and knowledge, So feel confident knowing your money is well spent here. I highly recommend!
