I contacted Brian on Friday morning 8/19/16 to talk about his experience with us. He said he was not unhappy with us or the way he was treated. He said he was from the Bay Area, and had never been charged for a failed smog test before. He feels no one should have to pay for a failed test. He signed an estimate before the inspection began, but felt we should have tried to help make it pass. We gave him an estimate for smog repairs, but he declined.
