Expensive and slow
Cost was about $47 for oil change and tire rotation with a $15 off coupon. I was the first customer at 7 am and it took more than a hour to complete. I would expect this to take no more than 30 minutes.

Slow and poor service
They recommended replacement of a filter and when I opted to take care of it myself they did not replace the cover. I found it in the floor of the passenger compartment.

Staff was excellent . Very clean establishment!
Short .6 qt of oil on oil change refill ?? Put in 4.8 qt . - specs call for 5.4 . Undercarriage not wiped clean leaving oil residue on my driveway this am ! Off to store to buy a qt of oil that shouldn’t happen .

Big machine
Good service and polite people...and anywhere else, I might have been satisfied. But, I've been coming to this place for a long time, and it's hard to accept their corporate upgrades and changes which get me in and out faster, but do not impress me.

100% Powertrain Warranty? Poor service received
Engine light came on July 27 2018, car felt like it was misfiring and running rough. Immediately drove to service department where I was told that there was no availability at that time and to make an appointment to bring car back in. Aug 2 2018 dropped car off, engine light no longer on. Aug 8 2018 called by service department, briefed that they can’t get engine light to come back on nor was there anything diagnostically wrong with car. Aug 15 2018 went to dealership to pick up car and was given an invoice for $105. Seriously $105 to tell me nothing was wrong with my car. I Was told that since they didn’t find anything wrong with the car, I was being charged for labor. The technician drove the car 9 miles! Unwilling to pay Jarrod tried to negotiate the price down $48 because as he stated “the technician needed something for his time spent on the vehicle”. Stood there for about 5 minutes before Jarrod finally figured out that I wasn’t going to pay for nothing being done to my car. Finally after the 5 min of uncomfortable silence I walked out with a $0 invoice and my car keys. I can only imagine if it were someone else with the same problem and paid the $105 for nothing! How many people have actually paid?
If they would’ve taken the car back for a few moments on the 27th July (early afternoon) when I originally brought it in versus making the appointment, this could’ve been prevented. I have a feeling this is all part of the racket of the 100% powertrain warranty. Unless it is blatantly obvious that something is wrong; they’re not going to honor the policy!
The only positive experience to come from this was the two factory recalls that were supposedly fixed and that is why I gave you one star!

The service dept isnt the best
Had a hyundai employee lie to me for several days telling me i needed to bring in oil receipts if i wanted the extended warranty i paid for to cover the work on my car, however i couldnt find them all but i called the warranty department myself and they said they already emailed the approval letter last week so i just had some jerk cause an old lady all this stress for what!! Im still trying to understand this sitiation.

I am sorry to hear about your visit. There was a parts catalog error that showed the wrong part number for the vehicle combined with our grand opening causing the long wait. I personnaly spoke with you long before the 4 hour mark explaing there was an issue with the parts. We covered $98.85 of your bill to help offset the inconvenience we new you were forced with. Over charged
I was charged for them to hook my car up to a machine to find out why my engine light has come on. Looking back it was probably because I was over due for an oil change. In the end it cost me 112.00 for just an oil change. It also took longer than expected and I had to ask if my car was done. Nobody informed me. I won't be going back for oil changes.

I am writing an updated review. After my last review I was promptly contacted by the service department. They were able to get my car back in quickly and find why my car still wasn't working. When we picked up the car it had been detailed and looked great. I appreciate a company who is willing to remedy an issue.
