WHAT HAPPENED TO DRIVE IN SERVICE
I know owners chgd but waited almost a wk for oil chg. Took WAY too long oil chg, mechanic failed to tell SUVs mgr air filter bad so car returned to bay.

App does not work. Had great difficulty making an appointment. Had to call directly. App also shows dealer location incorrectly. Dealership is new and is learning. Provided much better service this time – approaching excellence. Note: to marketing and sales group, I am becoming one of those individuals that’s tired of giving this kind of feedback. I can’t buy a product or get a service without getting a request (sometimes repeatedly if I don’t respond quickly ) to provide feedback. I don’t have the time. My suggestion is that you start offering a financial incentive. If you want me to give feedback then pay me for my time. A five dollar coupon for my next visit. So far this week I received a request for feedback from Costco, Walmart, shoe company, grocery store, window company plus others. I’m going to be more selective if somebody wants to pay me A nominal amount even I’ll take the time. Thank you

Strong work!
I have to be honest, I was a little worried about the change in ownership of the dealership. I had my car serviced with Westland Hyundai since I originally purchased it in 2011. I decide to stick with the dealership under the new ownership, and I’m happy to report that I am pleasantly surprised. The service was quick and all the Young team members were very friendly. They made me feel welcome and a part of the Young-Hyundai family. I will continue to bring my business here moving forward, strong work! :)
Also, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch!

Great staff, awesome management.
Young made a great move by purchasing this store & choosing Skyler to run it.
He is very professional & truly tries to do anything he can to keep customers happy.

Friendly Staff
Staff was very friendly and facility was clean. Oil change and tire rotation cost $20 more than when I had the service done with Westland Hyundai. I felt like paying a little over $60 was a lot for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment, but was still there for an hour and 20 minutes. It's nice that their opened on Saturdays when Westland Hyundai was not.
