Joe said the staff put in a pump incorrectly, and he had to correct it himself. He also mentioned they charged him $100 more than they said they were going to in the original estimate.

Joe I appologize for yor bad experience, we are always here to fix any problem that our customers may have with what we have done for them, we can not fix the problem if it is not brought to our attention. I thinkit might be in everyones best interest if we just stop giving estimates over the phone no matter how much our customer ask us to give them a rough estimate over the phone. So again I appologize for your bad experience.
