Taking Advantage
Yesterday was the first time I have had a negative experience with this business. I spoke with a new lady working the phone and did not listen to what I had to say and kept telling me about a noise I was hearing with my car. I said that I thought that below the engine in the front was hanging low. She then informed me my car sounded bad during their test drive of it and that I needed new tires, breaks, and rotors. My car to my knowledge has not been making any noise so I was so confused about what she was saying about my car a 2010 Acura TL in good condition. They also put a estimate to fix and or replace everything which was over $1,500.00. I then went to a different mechanic after I got off work at 5 turns out my breaks are fine eventually I will need new pads. I felt extremely taken advantage of and mislead I will no longer be able to trust this business.

Oil cange contract.
Don"t own up to contract. Had to remind them of items missed. Sooo will have tocome back to get it completed.

So I have to ask you, when you gave us a 1 out of 5 star rating but would still recommend us to others, is that an accurate rating? I apologize that we over-looked that the tires were due for rotation and that due to cold temperatures, we did not wash your truck Again sorry for the bad experience and I will be calling you this morning to resolve the issue.

Missing Hubcap
My driver's side back hubcap is missing. You brought the car back without the hubcap. Do you have it setting around. If so, please let me know.

Quality of work has dropped in 2 years
I have been doing my repair and maintenance here for a few. I was disappointed the last 2 times I came in. It seems that the place has gotten so busy they don't have time to get the quality of service done that they used to. The last visit was the worst. I brought the car in at 8am for an oil change and to have breaks and roters checked and possibily changed. I called at 11am and they had not looked at it yet. I asked them then to only do an oil change as I would not be able to pick it up that day because of an appointment I had. I let them know I had to leave town at 2pm. At 12:13 I returned and was told they were under the impression I did not need the car till 2pm and still it wasn't done. When I paid all I got was a receipt for the payment it didn't even say what I paid for or what they had done. Before when I had my oil changed the car was vaccumed this day it was not. I would not have brought the car in so early if it wasn't going to be looked at till some time in the afternoon. I will be taking the car to a shop closer to home to have them check to be sure the oil was really changed. Because this shop has become so busy that it haseffected the quality of service I will not be doing my business here anymore.

I had a heater core replaced, they had to take the entire dash out. When I got my truck back, you would have thought they would have at least cleaned it off. Plus I'm pretty sure I have a rattle n dash

Bad mechanics
Took vehicle in to have tires put on found out needed ball joints, not bad but then get over charged vehicle comes back break light and abs light on. Not a good visit. This is the second time I've any vehicle there and had repairs done and both time things haven't been fixed correctly the first time had to go back for something the mechanics did \didnt do

They will pick up my car from my workplace
I felt that I took the car for something to be looked at from a previous repair and ended up having to have another repair done at another few hundred dollars. Seems like when I go in for a scheduled repair I always end up paying more for a competly diffent service. It makes me feel like they are always looking for another repair to add to my bill. It makes me feel that I can't trust what they tell me which makes it hard to go there now. Still want to trust them but just not so sure now.

Debbie:  We are so sorry to hear you are not pleased with our service.  Each time your vehicle comes in we complete a multi point inspection.  Our goal is to make sure your vehicle is safe and reliable.  Sometimes that means we have to be the bearer of bad news, but we would rather do that than have you stranded.  When we see a service issue with your vehicle, we notify you immediately.  It's kind of like your dentist.  If he sees a cavity he doesn't clean around it, he tells you in hopes that addressing it now will head off bigger and more painful visits in the future.  We would appreciate the chance to earn your trust again.

Service & New Tire Installation on my truck.
They stayed in touch with me often regarding the status of possible needed service on my truck. They made me a good deal on two new tires & the install on my truck, plus a general safety check & evaluation. The one thing that troubled me was the loaner cars that they provided me with. The first one was in very poor condition which be came apparent after every possible safety warning light lit up on the dashboard. The condition & cleaniness of both cars was poor.

Do NOT reschedule online!
I should start by saying that overall I am and consistently encourage others to loyally patronize Webster Tire & Auto. However, this was not their best work. Please DO NOT use the link in their appointment confirmation emails to reschedule your appointment. It doesn't happen, your vehicle just doesn't get picked up/worked on. When that happened once, I used the email to reschedule again. When it still didn't work, I called to make an appointment and Barb was supposed to book it. She did not, but Don offered to get it done the next day. It shouldn't have taken 4 scheduling attempts. Webster folks--you've got a lot of tech savvy younger customers. Don't offer those tools unless they work!

Service to my 2005 Impala on 12/30/2015
We were satisfied with our services rendered today, other than the long wait. Scheduled for 2:00PM arrived about 1:45PM & service was finished maybe about 2:45PM. Considering this was an OIL Change & Service Check I guess that is reasonable. Since there were some friends/ one of my wife's old co workers & his wife we were able to visit & talk which seemed to make the time okay.

Very Friendly Front Desk Staff
My oil change took longer than expected and I needed more work done on my car. When I shopped around for estimates you were the highest by far. The place I eneded up going to let me bring my own parts. It was a better deal for me this way. I would recommend you for oil changes to a friend.

Amanda said her experience with this business was really good, but the oil change took a long time. Instead of having her scheduled in for 9am, they put her down as a walk-in, therefore she had to wait 2 hours to get her oil changed. Amanda mentioned the above issue was not a big deal.

BEST MECHANIC EVER
Any woman that's taken her car to a mechanic has experienced deceit and confusion. We're (usually) out of our element and it is overwhelming - Not at Webster Tire and Auto Service!!! They make everything as EASY AS POSSIBLE. And not only are the technicians knowledgeable, but they're kind and thorough as well. They will pick your car up from work and keep you updated every step of the way - no joke. I got a link after the initial checkup with a checklist of the good, bad and the ugly. Each item included pictures and a description. Then I just had to call and let the techs know which things I wanted to go ahead and fix. When it was all done they dropped my car back off at work. I was even able to pay using a link on my phone that allowed me to scan my credit card!!! To top it all off I received a HAND-WRITTEN card a week later to check up on me. This is what Customer Service looks like. I could not be more pleased with my experience!!! Thank you to Casey and Tyler for taking something stressful and turning it into a piece of cake!!!
