30,000 service
Wasn't able to get a loaner car. I wasn't told I had to reserve 2 weeks ahead of time. Communication between Summer and Karstens did not happen for loaner car. JR had my car finished on time. Very happy with service.

No pressure sales
My wife and I stopped by Kia of Puyallup on Friday night to see cars as we were just beginning to look for our next car. We were greeted by Ron who showed us the used cars we asked about, let us test drive them and thanked us for stopping by. We went away and test drive other cars only to decide that we liked the Kia best. So the next morning we were back after picking out the new car we wanted on line. The purchase process was great, and the delivery of the new car was well done. They made me feel important. It was a very great car buying experience.

Third time's a charm, I hope
This was the third time I had to bring in my 2016 Kia Sorento for an issue of multiple warning lights after sitting in my work's parking lot all day. The dealership had it for a few days, replace what they believe is the problem, and gave me a free oil change for the hassle. They were in regular communication with me, were very courteous, and went over everything with me as the process went along.

Sold on Kia of Puyallup!
I had such a great experience at Kia of Puyallup from my initial phone call to schedule my service to picking up my vehicle upon completion. The advisor kept me posted on the progress throught the day, and reminded me that I had a service that was due. The work was done thoroughly, on time and my vehicle was delivered shiny clean. I was disillusioned by another Kia dealership, and Kia of Puyallup has won me over!

Consistantly good service
Karsten did a great job getting in our vehicles in & out of the shop in a time frame that we could live with. He also cared enough to check for open recalls on our vehicles.
He definitely went the extra mile for us. We count on Kia of Puyallup for a quick turnaround on vehicle service, they have delivered every time.

Very professional
It was overall a pretty good experience- I was nervous, but Ryan Reed, Chris, Marc, & Jason did such a great job! Lots of pieces had to come together to make my very particular deal happen, they did it & more importantly they did it without coming off as sleazy car salesmen. I also had my 2 boys with me, one with high functioning Autism & they were amazing with him & his 9000 questions!
They are a great team to work with, & I would recommend them to everyone.

My First Oil Change
I drove up to the service department and waited outside the door while two people looked at me, but ignored me. Finally a woman motioned me in and took the information off my car. We went inside, where we were told there were three reps to check us in. There was one and he was on the phone. When he did check us in he tried to upsell me to the 30,000 mile service which I declined. Honestly I drive about 1,000 miles a year and the odometer is only at 27,500 now. We waited in the waiting area and the car was ready in an hour just as the service person had predicted. And away we went.

By the way, I hate these surveys and think I should be paid for doing them and giving my time away for free.

Puts customer wants/needs first
Fantastic service the minute we stepped in the showroom. We were greeted by sales consultant Marvin Spencer. He listened to what I wanted & needed in a vehicle, gave me 100% of his attention. He was very patient, not pushy, and respected my feelings & my budget. I will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Also Andrew who did my paperwork was just as nice & took time to let me know the process. My only negative comment I have: A few of the other male employees ( I assume are management) seemed to be cold & unfriendly. No acknowledge that we were even there...a smile would help.

I was disappointed that I spent close to $1000 on my Rondo this month, not knowing it would be worth $500'as a trade in.
I love Kia of Puyallup. You have taken good care of my cars. Please don't let anyone invest in repairs that cost more than the vehicle is worth!
