Bryon said business has always been reasonable. Gasoline is more reasonable than other places. Business has attendants that will pump the gas, clean windshields, check tires and give him wonderful service. Business is prompt and efficient. My new problem: A disabled ignition lock assembly (cannot start the car) and Honda has discontinued the part and cannot repair it. The solution: Wizard Nick Giardini, service manager of LSS, jumps in to save the day. He brings in a specialist who does what the Honda dealer could not, namely rebuild the ignition lock assembly and provide new keys to make it operable. Without Nick’s innovative thinking and quick response to the problem, my car would still be sitting in the driveway as a habitat for racoons, squirrels and maybe even bears or else look like a sculpture on the Aldrich Museum lawn. This case is just another example (the second in two weeks) of why Limestone Service Station is the best in the business.

I brought BMW X1 in for new struts - spoke with Nick. He asked why new struts and I told him the front felt a little loose on bumpy roads. After having the mechanic drive the car be agreed that new struts would help. He also said that they would check the other suspension parts. The struts do in fact help alot.
