This vehicle was towed in . We scanned the vehicle, checked spark, and checked fuel pressure. Had no fuel pressure. We then checked power and grounds. We found a bad connection at the inertia switch. Cleaned it up and the vehicle started. We drove the vehicle every day for the next few days that it was here. Lebrant was told if it was what we fixed there was no charge, but if it was something else, there would be additional charges. His total for the work we did was $64.97.

Nick said when he picked up his vehicle, it needed more work. They told him what was wrong so, he did the work himself, but it turned out to be something else. He wasn't given a time the vehicle would be ready, but they had his vehicle 3-4 weeks. They didn't provide an explanation of why they kept the vehicle.

Holly said she needed the heat fixed. She had an appointment for the heat to be fixed and her battery died the day before so she had to have her vehicle towed. It was towed in on Tuesday and she did not get the vehicle back until Friday. They told her the reason it took so long was because they had other vehicle towed in as well. She said she was very frustrated because she had an appointment.

"Great service at reasonable prices."
Jim never tries to sell you a service you don't need. I trust him implicitly in all matters concerning my car. If he says I need something done I don't even question it. I simply have him go ahead.

Spoke with Lori. She said the time it took to get their vehicle in for service was about four days. The service was completed within a day. It was towed in by AAA on a Wednesday night, and they picked it up Thursday afternoon. They have done business with the facility before, and it does a great job.
