"Always get great service. Been a customer over 20 years."
Low rating this one time, because repair failed and had to be done again, at owner cost, by another mechanic. I believe this to be an anomaly, but a disappointment none the less.

Jeremy said he had his vehicle towed to this business. It cost him $1600 to get it repaired so his engine light would go off. On the way home, the engine light came back on and he took the vehicle back. It sat there all day and when he called them at the end of the day, they had not even started looking at it. He took his vehicle to another business and had it fixed. This business cost him $1600 plus $300 for a rental vehicle without getting the vehicle fixed. He would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.

Michele said she was not pleased with her service visit this time. She called to inform them that she was going to leave her vehicle in this facility the night before so they could find out why her engine light is lit and also do an oil change. When she called before 2:30 pm the following day, her vehicle was not even being worked on. She also said that her problem with the engine light was not resolved. This business did a diagnostic test and found out that the computer was not communicating with the engine, which is why her engine light is always on. She decided not to have her vehicle fixed.
