Rick is super professional. Each customer's history and needs are important. He keeps track of what needs to be done on my car. As I waited while they worked on my car, I heard him tell caller after caller that there were no openings today, just a few days before a big holiday. They were busy. A customer came in talking about needing help with a problem that would make a long holiday trip a bit tricky. Rick figured out a way to squeeze this customer in. I hope that guy writes a review too.
