"Wasn't happy "
Went in for an oil change . The guy that changed my oil said I had a leak and I should've seen it in my driveway. There's nothing leaking. Then I was told I needed an air filter but none were in stock, so needless to say I need to go somewhere to get an air filter put in if I really need one. Last time I went there my car was checked from front to rear , top to bottom and I hear a noise now and my car is bucking. I am unhappy

I spoke with Jamie at length about her visit with us. We had a very productive conversation. I apologized for anything we may have said or done to make her uncomfortable. After reviewing the visit with her, we mutually concluded that it was all just a big mis understanding. I asked her to return to the shop at her convenience so I can personally look the car over, and show her the issues pointed out by the technician. I also explained that we can not stock an air filter for every make and model car. We stock approximately 250 of the most common part numbers, but there are at least 600 different air filters out there. The odd ones are available at our local warehouse, and can be delivered within 20-30 minutes if requested.
I have been working for Jamie for 3 years, and her family for more than a decade. We are all good now. Our friendship is stronger than this issue. Thanks for being Cool Jamie!

These guys are absolute rock stars in my book. Not only do they get the job done, they do it with pride! I would (and do) recommend them to anyone! They kept me informed on progress throughout and I could not be happier with the work they did on my car!!!!!

"Had a new set of pipes installed"
After taking some advice from Jon Miller, I did just what he said to do. I had them changer my exhaust system on my prized 1988 Corvette, the job was done in a timely fashion, and done right and a very reasonable cost. Nothing other to say job was done good and right, plus the new exhaust system that Jon Miller recommend sounded Great, and I am very happy I followed his advice!

"Above & Beyond It is not just about the car. It is all about customer satisfaction."
Initially this was to be a routine visit to have the oil changed on my 2010 Toyota Venza however my wife Marianne and I decided to go on a six week vacation. We were going to spend the Month of March in Naples Florida. We decided to make the vacation more exciting by driving and doing some sightseeing for the trip. When I informed Jon Miller of our plans it was suggested that I leave my vehicle with them so that they could do a complete vehicle check up to insure that our Venza was completely roadworthy for the trip. Since we live approximately 13 miles from the Car care center Jay. the service manager suggested that I drop the vehicle off when he was finishing up for the day and he would drive me home and then he would pick me up on his way to work when the work on the Venza was finished.
Jon Miller Car Care Center is a family oriented facility. Everyone who works for the company is the consummate professional. They take pride in servicing my vehicle not because it is their job. They are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction and they meet that mission statement every time that I bring my vehicle in for service. If you live within 50 miles of Jon Miller Car Care Center you owe it to yourself to bring your vehicle in for service. I just took on a new job that puts 100+ miles daily on my 1999 jeep,
The confidence I have in Jon Miller Car Care Center is 2 fold...
1 ) Upon team miller reviewing my vehicle (s), I know that the scope of repairs needed is laser-focused and never written to put someones kids through college.If it's on the list it because its what I need to keep myself and family safe.My options are clearly defined and it is at that point with confidence that the work is approved.
2) Having Team Miller go over my car and make the needed repairs, allows me to make this trip with confidence, that my commute will be safe and without incident.
You cant put a price on piece of mind, never having to worry that on that cold morning my truck will start and take me to my paycheck and help support my family.
Im not going over the top when I say if it wasn't for Team Miller, there would be the chance of me not being employed and not getting food on the table.
