Barry said he was very disappointed in this business. They thought they could fix the hydraulics but after he spent a lot of money they did not know how to repair his vehicle so he had to take it to another facility where it was repaired.

The staff and their knowledge of vehicles.
Honest, dependable service, great staff and very knowledgeable about vehicles. R and W is automotive is the best place for service on your vehicle.

Becky said the vehicle runs great, the problem was fixed, and the work they performed was fine, but the customer service was lacking. She said the vehicle broke down on Thanksgiving and she was told by the business on November 23rd that if she brought the vehicle in that day it would be in line for repairs. She said she was disappointed that the business did not look at her vehicle until November 28th and they did not finish the work until November 30th. She said she expected the work to be finished in 6 hours based on her own knowledge of the damage and she would have taken it somewhere else to have the work completed in a more timely manner. She said they do a good job and she would still recommend this business to anyone.

Cliff said this business quoted him a price and then tore the vehicle down and called him to tell him it would be more to fix it. He mentioned that he felt he was over a barrel because his vehicle was torn apart in front of him.

Leonard said the staff were super nice and friendly. He would go back. His vehicle was dropped off on Monday for a radiator change, and they were supposed to be done by Thursday. One of the parts snapped. They had to fix it and wanted the glue to dry. As a result, he did not get his vehicle back until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. The service was astronomically slow for performing a 3 hour labor job. He would use them again, and he hopes they would be faster. They did keep him updated.
