We have attempted to contact Mr. Christian about his concerns but have not yet received a response. We were not aware that he was unhappy with the service he received. The customer brought his vehicle in for a general check over and we discussed the service light with him, but we thought he had decided to not have the light diagnosed.

Dean said he thought paying $420 just for front brakes was being way over charged, even though there was a noise that the mechanic was going to be looking into. That price was way too much, and he will not recommend them because of that.

We are sorry you feel this way.  We did look back at the invoice and saw that you had us check for a popping noise that we discovered was caused by both inner tie rod ends having slack in them.  We also checked for a brake chirping noise for you that revealed the brake pads were down to the wear indicators and the rear drums were full of brake dust.  In response to this, we cleaned and adjusted the rear brakes and changed the front brake pads and resurfaced the rotors.  The front brake job itself was $225.29.  We thought all of these charges were clearly proposed to you before we made the repairs.  If there was any misunderstanding, we apologize.

Mr. R came in to us and said his vehicle was shaking.  We told him he needed to take his vehicle back to where he had just had the tires balanced because they had no weights on them.  We made no repairs to his vehicle.  Maybe he confused us with another company.  We tried to contact Mr. R and left a message.
