Had an unusual malfunction involving my TCM that initially appeared to be a major problem. The shop was able to diagnose and fix it quickly at minimal cost. My visit took about 40 minutes and then they texted me the results of their work and the inspection so I could review it electronically with pictures. I brought my mother's Mercedes G-Wagon in for its A6 service after the Mercedes dealership quoted us over $1,200 for what amounted to an oil change and spark plugs. Murrieta Auto Repair completed the same service for only $168! We also had an electrical issue with the rear passenger door. The Mercedes dealership wanted to charge $600 just to remove the door panel and diagnose the problem, plus another $1,600 for the repair. Justin went above and beyond—he was incredibly diligent in tracking down the right parts, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and found a much more affordable solution. In the end, we saved close to $2,500 compared to the dealership's estimate. Justin and the team are honest, knowledgeable, and provide outstanding customer service. Great work and accommodating w appointment times

Not quite a year ago I had a notice on my Mercedes "check coolant level". Took my auto to Murieta Auto Repair and Justin took care of my problem very quickly and I was very impressed with the service. Yesterday 06-16-2026 I had the same problem. I called and spoke to Justin and his answer was bring the auto in and we will look for the problem. He called me about an hour later and said we will replace The EXPANSION TANK at no charge as it is under warranty. Got it done the same day. WHAT GREAT HONEST SERVICE. Justin and Chris are stand up! It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics to not take advantage of your lack of knowledge to fixing your car. They target the problem and give an explanation on how it could have happened! They never try to up sale you on issues you do not need to address. They will give suggestions on what should be done next if anything but are honest about the severity of it. Definitely focus on your true needs! They communicate with you and never leave you wondering! If you need a one stop shop to trust Murrieta Auto Repair is your only stop!
