Armand stated he felt things were misinterpreted and he initially had to pay for something he felt he shouldn't have. He wrote a review and they ended up refunding him the money. There was an uneven screw and it was fixed right away. They did a good job on the paint work. They did not give him a time frame of when his vehicle would be ready. They told him it would be ready when the parts came in. They called him twice a week to update him with what was going on. He was not satisfied with the first guy who prepared the estimate but he was satisfied with Vernon.

Hassan said the staff did a really good job. He said there were a few minor mistakes, but he took the vehicle back in, and the staff fixed them right away. He expressed his vehicle looks brand new. He has recently noted a rattling coming from the hood when he drives on the freeway, so he is planning to follow up about that as well.

Paula said this business did what they said they would do, she counts on them. Her vehicle looks like new and nothing has fallen off. Everything was great. They had her vehicle ready 2 weeks earlier than promised. She did not talk to them about the status of her vehicle because they stayed in touch with her insurance and her insurance contacted her. She bought her vehicle from them and did not want anyone else working on her vehicle. She was 100 percent satisfied with this business.

Rachel said parts of the vehicle that did not need repair were different when she got the vehicle back. The paint work on the door was not completed. For these reasons, she would not recommend the facility to others. She chose this facility because of a positive past repair experience. This experience was not the same.

Michael said they took good care of him and Chuck did a great job but he is not happy with the outcome of the body work. He has been there 4 times and they have done an excellent job every time. They have been thorough and they fight with the insurance for him. Overall, he loves what they have done. However, this last time they did not do a good job of matching the paint and this last repair is no where near the quality that the others have been. In addition, they put on the carfax report that the vehicle has structural damage when it does not. The vehicle was in a parking lot incident where someone backed into it but they put on the carfax report that it has frame damage so now he cant trade it in or sell it and it cant be financed.
