Did not give up to repair issue
The three times I had asked to check out why my dome lights came on making left turns, they said they could not duplicate. The reason was they only sent one person on the road to check it out. It required two. One to drive and one on the passenger side leaning for the lights to come on.
They replaced a defective door switch, and I was on my merry way. Problem solved. Nothing to do with the remote starter after all. They really made me happy as I was afraid the car may have a problem at a bad moment. They are great, and I am sorry I said I would not recommend them. I give the a BIG Thumbs up!! They really care to keep a customer. Happy buying!

Quik Lane
Service is always great, except this time. I have been having the service done when the mileage is due. I have been asking why the dome lights come on when making a sharp left turn, since we had the remote starter installed. "Not sure, Can not duplicate." Is the only answer I get. Asked three times!!!

Lost My Appointment Again!
Dealership called me to schedule an appointment for a recall on my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Then, the day before my appointment, they called again to remind me of the appointment. When I went in on the day of the appointment, they had no record of it! Second time this has happened to me there.
