Just wanted to say that Joseph Borrayo went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. He reached out to my extended warranty people to get my windshield replacement taken care of. I had a $400 difference and because of Joseph’s persistence and multiple digging and phone calls he managed to get it 100% taken care of as I was expecting. Such a friendly and caring person. Was a pleasure to do business with him and Subaru, always good experiences at the Gresham location, thank you????

I walked in to Gresham Subaru knowing what I wanted. Essentially, it was, "You see that 2018 Blue Crosstrek that I drove in? When the lease expires in 6 weeks, I want a 2021 Crosstrek. Same color. Same trim level." Due to supply chain challenges, Ross worked with me to establish a schedule for turning in my old vehicle, and then receiving my new model a few weeks later. The follow up gratitude from Gresham Subaru has also been impressive.

Roger was a fantastic person to work with. He helped my family through a tough time due to a car accident. We drove in looking to test drive a crosstrek. Had a nice talk with Gilbert the salesman and then went and test drove a few other cars. We finally settled on a new crosstrek and the dealership made it super easy for us to make the purchase happen. I would recommend them again if you’re in the market for a Subaru.
