I appreciate Tim and his skilled mechanics who diligently worked to get to the bottom of my car's overheating problem. Although they had difficulty finding external clues to the probable cause, they felt confident, based upon their experience that the problem was internal. They showed me the scant “external clues” they based their diagnosis upon, and I gave them the ok to proceed with the repair. Thankfully, they confirmed their diagnosis during the repair and found the source of the problem to be a bad head gasket that was leaking coolant into the engine cylinder. The external clues of leakage were minute, but they were proven correct. It appears all is well now that my car is out of their "hospital for ailing cars."

My alternator went out and T.J.'s had it fixed and ready for pick up that same day. Fantastic.
