I appreciate Tim and his skilled mechanics who diligently worked to get to the bottom of my car's overheating problem. Although they had difficulty finding external clues to the probable cause, they felt confident, based upon their experience that the problem was internal. They showed me the scant “external clues” they based their diagnosis upon, and I gave them the ok to proceed with the repair. Thankfully, they confirmed their diagnosis during the repair and found the source of the problem to be a bad head gasket that was leaking coolant into the engine cylinder. The external clues of leakage were minute, but they were proven correct. It appears all is well now that my car is out of their "hospital for ailing cars."

My alternator went out and T.J.'s had it fixed and ready for pick up that same day. Fantastic.

Have been looking for some time to find the right crew to work on my Mustang. I found them. They are obviously car guys as am I. Have known Curt for awhile. Finally got to meet the rest of the crew. When I went in to pick up my car I brought in my Mazda which is also a high performance vehicle. I guess I'm going to stop at the donut store. We'll done guys.

Th problem was discovered during an oil change. Scheduled another appointment. On both appointments, service was timely and professional and service personnel were very courteous.

I recently brought my car in for an annual tuneup up and inspection with a tire rotation. I also requested that the condition of my AC filter be looked since I am allergic to musty odors. I was greeted at the time I arrived, and my car was taken for immediate service. They completed the work in a timely manner (about 1hour) while I comfortably waited in the office area. I was provided with a report of all that was completed and which provided suggestions for when to address future checkups/replacements to specific areas such as the brakes. The service cost was reasonable. The service attendants were great- personable, polite, and listened carefully to what I wanted done when I first arrived. I highly recommend this business for auto service.

Had to have my 2016 Jeep Patriot towed. Called Monday morning. TJ'S had it towed, looked at, and pricing for by the afternoon. Gave the go ahead and they had me back on the road by the next day. I've been bringing my vehicles to TJ'S for years for simple oil changes or more complex issues. Always polite, honest, and timely service!
