Glenn provides great customer service. Repair work was explained thoroughly and repaired on the same day. This is my second experience at State Tire and I will most definitely be back.

Glenn handled my request when the oil change required light appeared on my car. I was nervous about it and he took care of it the same day. Glenn was professional and courteous throughout the experience. He also checked over the car for any 80,000 mile service that might be needed. Because State Tire has taken such good care of my car's maintenance in the past, no major repairs were needed at this time. These guys are great. This latest issue was odd, but they showed me what was melted and what would be replaced. For something similar, conversation about a big deal and how it wasn't mandatory. They will be straight up on what is needed, and what isn't

Glenn did a great job in setting up the appointment and letting me know what was needed beforehand. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. He let me know how long the job would take and they were letting the car down from the lift as we arrived. He did a very professional job from start to finish.

Brought my car in to have a screw in back tire removed and plugged. You found another screw in the front tire which was also removed and plugged. Thanks for taking the time to inspect the other tires averting a future problem.

My car went in to have a lot of work done. I spoke with Glen & he kept me updated regularly. The mechanic worked all day to ensure I had my car same day. I will only take my car to them.

This is one review I don't mind writing because of the continuing positive experience I have with State Tire. This place remains my go-to for all things car-related, from the smallest of issues like flat tire to the bigger "i hear a noise coming from somewhere on the car, or I think something is wrong but I just can't pinpoint it." I love that they explain things and have patience with those of us who are not that car savvy. They have some nice plants in the waiting lounge area. Thanks guys for always taking care of me!

Tire pressure idiot light on one morning as I headed to work, turns out I had a mushy tire, headed to State after work, needed a new tire that wasn't in stock, but they quickly put on my donut. Picked up my new tire and was quickly on my way. Thanks, State, for taking care of me again. Really appreciate the friendly and awesome service.

Brought car in for brake service. Everything done quickly and expertly - excellent shop.

I called in the morning when I realized my brake lights were out and they took me in that afternoon. They also did an oil change and checkup as I was overdue. Great job!
