I had been experiencing some vibrating and pulsating when braking and took it to a tire shop and they replaced the rotors. For a time that seemed to fix the problem but the same issues eventually came back. I took the car back to the same tire shop and they said everything looked fine. The vibrating and pulsating was still there so something was going on. I was recommended to Evans Automotive by a family friend. They were very courteous, I felt like family when I stepped in the door for the first time. They were thorough in finding out what the issue was with my car and found it to be a caliper issue. When I picked up the car, everything felt great. I drove it around a fair amount to make sure the issues were gone and no longer felt. The car feels robust and much more secure when braking. So far, so good!

I went as a new customer for a diagnostic. I assumed they would be able to diagnose the problem quickly. Even though they weren't able to find the problem--which appears to be intermittent--Evans went above and beyond by giving some possible reasons for the issue and charging me a very reasonable amount, giving me the benefit of the doubt due to a misunderstanding. On top of that, as a special customer service gesture, they fixed an unrelated problem and didn't even charge me for it.
