    I had bought at least 12 vehicles in my lifetime, some I sold/gave away some and some I still have. This place beats all the professionalism I've dealt so far. Special kudos goes to Hunter, my sales specialist who tried everything to make the sale happen. The place is clean and elegant and had all the service and detailing you can ask for your car. This will be the place to buy another one for the wife and will recommend to family and friends

  • Delegate the heavy left by using consignment

    If you’d like to sell your classic car with minimal stress and inconvenience; without dealing with “lookie loos” and “free riders,” or creative purchase plans, then Park Place LTD Consignment is the place to go. Recently I consigned my 1976 Jaguar XJ6C with Park Place, where a knowledgeable and meticulous team stepped up to care for my Jag. Bryan Pratt explained the general consignment requirements succinctly and clearly. Chris Lowell took charge of negotiations, contracts, marketing and presentation. Michael Sanders followed through on the rare occasion when Chris was not available. Doug Taylor patiently and methodically explained a mechanical situation that came up. My car was sold in about six weeks and I received a check on time as promised. Any company may window dress well, but successfully working through exceptions is the real test of solid professionalism. In my opinion, Park Place LTD Consignment strives for a fair deal all around. I recommend the Park Place consignment staff without hesitation.

    Rick was helpful and made my purchase process very smooth as soon as my car arrived. He even helped setup a third party enclosed carrier to ship it across the country. It was a bit difficult getting a VIN or any communication prior to my car randomly arriving at the dealership, but once it did it couldn't have been faster or easier. He also followed up after a few days and offered a FaceTime call to discuss the car and any concerns I may have once it arrives.

  • My second new lotus purchase from park place ltd.

    As a regular customer at Lotus of Bellevue since 2012, I've appreciated the service I've gotten from Brian Groudle as the service manager as well as Hunter Ross as an easy to work with and responsive Sales Associate. On my latest Emira purchase, Hunter answered all my questions from July 7, 2021 through delivery on April 22, 2024. Every question was responded to within minutes or hours; even on off days. When the car finally arrived, the requested modifications were made quickly and I took delivery within one week with several days needed for Paint Protection film application. All the paperwork was ready upon my arrival and financing rates were competitive once I provided my preapproval from another lending institution. The wait was worth it and I'm so happy with my new car. Both of these guys are all stars and I look forward to continuing to service my combustion engine Lotuses for many amazing years to come.
