It was a bit difficult getting a VIN or any communication prior to my car randomly arriving at the dealership, but once it did it couldn't have been faster or easier. On my latest Emira purchase, Hunter answered all my questions from July 7, 2021 through delivery on April 22, 2024. Every question was responded to within minutes or hours; even on off days. When the car finally arrived, the requested modifications were made quickly and I took delivery within one week with several days needed for Paint Protection film application. All the paperwork was ready upon my arrival and financing rates were competitive once I provided my preapproval from another lending institution. The wait was worth it and I'm so happy with my new car. Both of these guys are all stars and I look forward to continuing to service my combustion engine Lotuses for many amazing years to come.
