Aaron said when he was talking on the phone with someone from the business, they were trying to explain to him what was wrong with his vehicle that he could not pass the inspection. He did not understand which could have been because it was early in the morning. Overall the staff at this business is fast, efficient and told him what he needed done to his vehicle and what he did not need, which he appreciated.

Nick said he had to return to this business after he had his belts changed because he started to hear a squeak. They resolved this issue for him for free but he is now noticing a slight squeak. He got a good price but he would not recommend them because this was his first experience with them.

Pape said he was told his vehicle would be ready by the time the business closed. He received no phone call stating if his vehicle was ready or not. They charged him to top off all his fluids but did not do it. All other experiences with this business have been good.

Spoke with Tawana. She said that she was quoted a time on Friday to pick up her vehicle. After paying for the repairs she received a phone call telling her the vehicle would not be ready until the following week. She said she was not given a definitive reason why the vehicle was not ready but she was not able to get the vehicle back until the following Tuesday.

Suriyan said he was just supposed to have an oil change, but eventually they asked him to change the spark plugs. He wasn't looking forward to that. When he went to the business to pick up his vehicle he felt the woman who worked there was laughing at him. When he looked at her she was laughing and she put her head down to try and cover the laughing. He's not sure if she was laughing at him. He's gone there 3 or 4 times already to have his vehicle fixed. He has already recommended this business to a friend, but when he told her to go there for an inspection, she was there from 8:00-12:30. He felt that it took too long for just an inspection.

Ali said the person responsible for processing and writing information wasn't nice. He spoke really fast and wasn't respectful. He wouldn't recommend the business because his vehicle didn't pass inspection and they didn't provide an explanation. It wasn't explained where he should park his vehicle and they got very angry at where he parked. He wouldn't recommend the business because of what has been shared.
