We are very sorry that this customer is unhappy, We treat all our customers with the upmost respect. We had advised Ashley on her previous visit that this was a all day repair. Repairs could not have been completed on the same day when we did not receive car untill 11:00 AM. Other then to tie her car up for the weekend when we are closed we returned it to her and explained the situation.
We are very sorry your unhappy. when you called to check on vehicle you seemed impatient to get vehicle back so at one point we had two people repairing your vehicle to expediate repair. I am sure if you wanted to shop around you would see the pricing for repairs performed to be fair.
