Ashley said the employees at this business told her to bring her vehicle in for service at 11:00 am. They made arrangements with her to pick her up and take her home. They called her and asked her to take her vehicle in an hour early and when she did, they did not get her vehicle done in a timely manner. When she called, the employees were very unapologetic and disrespectful. Before this experience, they were great.

We are very sorry that this customer is unhappy, We treat all our customers with the upmost respect. We had advised Ashley on her previous visit that this was a all day repair. Repairs could not have been completed on the same day when we did not receive car untill 11:00 AM. Other then to tie her car up for the weekend when we are closed we returned it to her and explained the situation.

Matt said the technicians at this business were helpful and explained thoroughly what was wrong with his vehicle. However, when he got his vehicle back it would not start and he required a jump. The faulty battery also caused the vehicle to break down shortly afterwards.

Great service
I have had my car under the Auto Doctor's care twice in the last year. Both times I found the team helpful and efficient. My car was in and out in the same day. Which is important since they are close to my office, but not my home.

Why You Need to Use the Doctor...!
I've got access to an automotive repair facility that's literally five minutes down the road. Problem is, they will charge me upwards of $90.00 just to look at my vehicle in an attempt to determine what the problem may be. The Auto Doctor will put the car up on the rack, look under the hood and do whatever else may be necessary to tell you what the problem may be - for free!

That alone is worth the drive.

Beyond that, however, they've got a great character about them. I've saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars by having some of the more involved repairs done by the Doctor as opposed to a dealership. Granted, there are some repairs that need to be done by the dealer, simply because of specific parts and practices that need to be utilized. But if there's even a question as to whether or not I can purchase the part and have the Doctor do the labor, I can guarantee you, I'm doing it that way because I know I'm getting quality talent, real honesty and a great price.

We've used them for the better part of a decade and I've never been disappointed or even hesitant in knowing that what was done was done right, done well and done for the best rate I'm going to find.
