Taken to the cleaners
If you like paying a lot for a little, then this place is for you. A $114.00 part will cost you $190.00 plus an outrageous labor cost. Never going back. To slide out a part and put a new one on.

Oil Change
We have many going to Sipes for many many years. We stopped going for awhile as your service people changed our oil to a higher grade without asking us and of course charged more. We went elsewhere for a bit, but decided to give you another chance and it happended again. And then I was told by Pete it does not need to be changed until after 10,000 miles with that grade of oil. The first time, the sticker said 3000, this time 6000. So what is it, 3000, 6000 or 10,000?

jim i am very sorry about the mix up about the synthetic oil change we talked about it in october when you were going on vacation me and you or eileen we decided to upgrade for the big trip thats why we kept changing it with synthetic because your not supose to go back and forth once you switch to synthetic.if you want to switch back to normal oil you can and i would give you your next oil change free you are a valued customer,once again very sorry about the mix up thank you for your time erik eriksson service manager 763-425-2524

ps, regular oil is rated for 3000 miles and synthetic we set for 6000 miles but is rated for up to 10,000 miles on service intervals

Extremely disappointed. Brought car to investigate noise and sound. Not only nothing found yet as I drove vehicle off it was very loud and impossible to miss. Spent at least $75 to reset engine light that came on again less than 2 days after leaving. Not what I used to expect from Sipes.

Dissatisfied
2007 cobalt fuel line replacement. Cost was $752.00 and took it back 3 days later still smelled gas. Was told no leak so dissatisfied tokk to another shop that found it was leaking at the new filter. Also found out I was charged $200 more than I should have. Good people but can't suggest it to a friend.

Need to work on quicker turn-around times
I dropped it off at 8:30 am and did not get it back until 4:30 pm. I requested the car maintenance special, had the spark plugs changed and added Freon. I didn't expect my car to be out of commission the whole day for something so simple.

Good service but expensive
Staff is friendly and the service provided seemed to have solved the issue (the check engine light turned on again, but then went away a couple of days later). However, almost $500 for a tune up and an oil change seems to be more expensive than the competition. Particularly because a shuttle service is not available for customer's to come back to work while service is being performed.

Luis, I had given you a quote on the tune up and oil change before you had left the store and you had agreed with the price. Also, you never asked us for a ride anywhere as we do offer rides to and from either work or home. Your tune up included plug wires, plugs, air filter, fuel filter, a half a gallon of anti freeze and a bottle of bars leak. Again, I gave you the quote before you left the store. Sorry you were not happy with your experience. -David

Larry said he called in advance so he could be the first one in on Tuesday to have the bearings replaced in his vehicle. He said he took the vehicle in on Monday night and it does not take 8 hours to replace bearings, but they did not call him. He called at 5:00 pm on Tuesday and the person who answered told him that the business closed at 5:00 pm and he should call in the morning, then they hung up on him. At 5:45 pm he got a voicemail to let him know that his vehicle was ready. They told him the bearings that needed to be replaced were only a year old, but one of them definitely needed to be replaced. He paid $300 for them the first time and this business charged him $800. He said he did not understand why there was such a big difference in cost between two businesses, but what annoyed him the most was that they hung up on him when he tried to get information about the status of his vehicle. He will not use this business again and he would not recommend them to others based on this experience.

they fixed my problem. but broke a piece on the radiator cowling and would not fix it. it helps hold up the hood a $9.00 PIECE.

Rico said they charged almost double the worth for a harmonic balancer. He said the second part he inquired about did not match the make and model of his vehicle. The employee did not know exactly what he was talking about and he was guessing. He was told it would cost more money for scraping the burnt rubber in the pulley wheels, but he scraped it out himself. He said he should not have been charged as much as he was because he scraped the burnt rubber himself. He would not recommend this business to others because they were not professional and the rate should have been reduced because he did some of the work himself.
