    Franks Auto is by far the most professional body shop, from the staff to the body shop and mechanics . They are fast, efficient and come highly recommended. We didn't notice until after we got our car back the passenger window wouldn't go down I called over and they said bring it in when you can and we will fix it. Its a fresh breath of air having a company that operates at such high level of craftsmanship and customer service.

    Late on Friday afternoon. Dead battery on wife's car, and Frank's will be closed for the weekend. George said, "Bring it in." Vendor did not have a battery on the shelf, but sent one out of a new car. George had it ready by 5:30PM. That is great service.

    I was really worried about bringing my vehicle in to get fixed. Toyota has a defect that caused my vehicle to have a rattle noise with a cold start. I looked up the price to fix the issue and Frank’s automotive price was right in between. The price was fair! Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Got my vehicle today and it sounds just as good as the day I bought it. Thank You So Much!

    My car stopped working on the weekend. I had it towed to Franks. Monday morning by 8 am they had already told me they would have an answer in an hour. (Woah, who does that?) The problem was an easy quick fix. They did a complete diagnostic, told me the maintenance that needed to be done, and fixed my very minor problem. They didn’t charge me a fortune and I had my car back that day. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

    Frank's automotive saved us! We were at the end of our trip pulling a 30' camper with our Nissan Armada. It started making a sound and we're told not to drive it by the Nissan dealer! We had it toed to Frank's who did a great assessment and didn't find anything wrong except for some maintenance issues! They were thorough and honest and very kind! I'd definitely recommend them!!

    Took 2010 Tundra in for check engine light/low compression and low idle. I showed them what I thought and they actually listened! They ran diagnostic and the parts they said to replace still had warranty-they let me swap out warrantied parts and replaced them for me. They repaired a hose and connected another. They were fair and honest. Also got Veterans discount at check out! Would recommend and will return when I need things done that I cannot do nor have the time. George and Roberto did a great job! Thank!
