Spoke with Kevin. He said the facility was good, but he would have liked to know ahead of time that they were going to take longer. He said he isn't sure if they just tried to fit him in or if he had an appointment. He said if they just fit him in, then they did a good job of it. However, if he had an appointment, then they kind of took a while.

you son is not responsible
I not recommend to a friend bicose you son is not a responsible person. i fix my truck elsewhere the lick of oil,windshield viper and other things. you lost me as costumer all for you son

The invoice in question was scheduled for a HEATING issue,  which was completed.  The policy of Reliable for all our customers if you have any concerns to speak to the owner to address any unresolved issues, none of which you did.  We have been more than accommodating to you for all your repairs.
The son- was not the technician that completed your repair.but for your reference his name is Eric Fischer.
