I get all my oil changes done here. Knowing I can trust my car is serviced right is worth going the extra distance from Spokane to couer de Alene.

Everyone at Parker Subaru was extremely helpful. I had very specific "demands" and they worked with me to get me exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. It was a very positive experience.

We first looked at this dealership in June, and salesman Chris Cluster showed us the Forrester, and very thoroughly walked us thru the whole car and then took us out for a nice test drive which pretty much set our minds on the car. We moved to Spokane WA this week and after our stuff was delivered , and the important things put away, we went back to Parker Subaru and bought the Forrester. It was a simple procedure , and two hours later I drove it home.

I am completely satisfied with all aspects of Parker Subaru. I am very happy that it is moving to Coeur d' Alene!

Our Subaru is always done before they say it will be. Everyone goes out of their way to be pleasant and thoughtful and if a bigger maintenance item is coming due, they let us know when we will need to do it and the cost so we can make a decision before it is time to have the work done. The chareges we have for oil changes, etc are less than half what we routinely paid on our previous car--when we buy again we know where we will go.

I was hoping to have my concerns heard...I didn't expect that every one of them would not only be heard, but dealt with in a positive manner with a desire to make sure that I was totally satisfied.

I have purchased two cars from Parker, a Toyota and now a Subaru. Parker's dealerships are the best, I am a customer for life. They understand what customer service is and that they do not have to make all their money off one sale. With Parker the customer seems to always come first, which is rare now days.

Recent visit to install body side moldings and chip guard product was handled professionally and without problems. Staff and loaner vehicle were all top-notch!

The Service team at Parker Subaru is very professional and this time as I went in for my new Subaru 6 month service they did not disappoint. I was able to take advantage of a rental (a small fee) for the day just because I needed to work and do some other errands but the service was completed as they promised within the hour! Any other day I would have waited in their comfy lounge. Thanks again for being so pleasant.

Late in the day, on my way into CDA, I noticed a small but alarming sound coming from the right side of my brand new 2025 Forester Hybrid! I drove to Parker Subaru where I had recently purchased the vehicle. As I drove into the service department, I was greeted by a very kind service technician. He said he noticed the sound as I drove into and he thought he had identified the problem. Sure enough a small piece of gravel had wedged itself into a spot in the right rear wheel. He was not able to get it out right there so he put my Forster in line to be serviced. Within a very short while I was back on the road. I had no idea they would be willing to look at it and fix it “on the spot”. Simply amazing! A huge thanks to everyone who took care of my tiny little problem in such a big way! You are the best!

The service team and advisor performed their jobs well. I have come to expect this level of service from Parker Subaru. I was able to take advantage of a coupon that was mailed to me. So the price was $79.95 plus tax.
