We first looked at this dealership in June, and salesman Chris Cluster showed us the Forrester, and very thoroughly walked us thru the whole car and then took us out for a nice test drive which pretty much set our minds on the car. We moved to Spokane WA this week and after our stuff was delivered , and the important things put away, we went back to Parker Subaru and bought the Forrester. It was a simple procedure , and two hours later I drove it home.

Our Subaru is always done before they say it will be. Everyone goes out of their way to be pleasant and thoughtful and if a bigger maintenance item is coming due, they let us know when we will need to do it and the cost so we can make a decision before it is time to have the work done. The chareges we have for oil changes, etc are less than half what we routinely paid on our previous car--when we buy again we know where we will go.

I have purchased two cars from Parker, a Toyota and now a Subaru. Parker's dealerships are the best, I am a customer for life. They understand what customer service is and that they do not have to make all their money off one sale. With Parker the customer seems to always come first, which is rare now days.

I didn't have much in mind for expectations when I arrived at Parker Subaru. And at first glance it seemed like the average dealership service department. I got my car checked in and the first thing I noticed is that I was assigned a service advisor. I liked that - I had a specific point of contact for my car and he would be "in the know". The next thing I appreciated is their obvious care for customer satisfaction. And really, that is what this review is about - their excellence.... superior! From the care in my need to be timely shuttled home, to the fact they worked to save me money by using other resources before resorting to the diagnostic tool, to explaining everything to me and answering every question. When my personal service advisor was unavailable, any advisor could (and did) step right in to help and they have such a system that all information was on the computer so no need to re-state over and over. They ended up diagnosing and fixing all of my issues and coming in under the quote they gave me (the quote was just for diagnosing originally and not fixing)! WOW! When does that ever happen anymore? The last thing I want to say, is that there was a verbal quote given for a repair. When I got home I saw the price quoted wasn't what I was charged. I called and got in touch with my service advisor to see if I misheard. He found the error, took full responsibility for it, and corrected it above and beyond. From the shuttle drivers, to the service advisors to the ladies who answered the phone - this place provides service that is par excellence! They work hard at customer service. That is a rare thing in today's culture and I was very pleasantly surprised! Thank you Parker Subaru for making my experience not only easy but pleasurable. You are the standard by which every service department should strive to achieve.

I used to own infiniti. This store is nocer, has a higher service level and the absolutely put the customer first. It always takes a long time to get through the bureaucracy around car purchase, this was no exception. That said they went to great lengths to ensure I got the deal we agreed on weeks past.
