I stopped by on Thursday to inquire about used RAM trucks in inventory. I was shown several models but was uncertain about what I wanted to spend. Jeremy was great in answering my questions and listening to my needs. I returned today and asked about a 2020 on the lot with low miles. We drove that along with a Tundra. I was able to get the RAM with lower miles, three years newer, and $5000 less than a higher mileage Tundra. Also a Toyota Care extended Warranty, unlike the ones that call from India on a daily basis. I am pleased with the entire process. Jeremy and Nate were transparent and didn't play games.

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I did have my own financing so I can't review that and I understand the financing onsite may be challenging. I walked in with my financing and had already set up some prior info. Pablo was super easy to work with, in and out in under an hour. They were honest that the price had even dropped since they last spoke with me. Never had a dealership be so honest and NO sales pressure. They were a pleasure to work with. If there was one thing to say they could work on, I did get price quotes from 3-4 different people there and they were all different. Just ask for a purchase order to get your pricing finalized and agreed on. I would buy from them again. Love my new car.

I just purchased a great used car from Capitol Toyota. First off the salesperson, Dustin Davis, was very personable, helpful & knowledgeable. No pressure and just let things progress naturally without trying to influence me with what I need or should do. The finance person, Carlos, while showing me all the available add ons to consider, never pressured me. He actually worked with me to offer a hugely reduced cost for an excellent warranty. All the staff there was very courteous & made the whole process go smoothly. My experience there was a 5.0 & would recommend them to others.

Although no one I know enjoys the requisite dance between sales staff and the customer at a car dealership Joel Easton at Capitol Toyota was a pleasure. He repeatedly checked-in to make sure we were getting what we needed and wanted. His conversation was comfortable and relaxed. He would let us determine the next step by asking timely questions. He answered our questions with respect and If he didn’t know the answer, he checked with someone that did. Overall, the car buying experience was far better than I expected due to all the staff we encountered.

I had the good fortune to have Anthony ask me if I needed help to find the vehicle that I needed. He got the golf cart and we around the lots of all three dealers. I was looking for a suv that would tow at least 5000 lbs.We found a 2012 Dodge Durango Citadel. Anthony told me it would tow at least 5000 lbs. It tows 7500 lbs.The SUV was perfect. It also had low miles. A problem was found and it was repaired in a a timely manor. Even during negotiations Anthony was a very calming force. We have had the vehicle a few days and are very happy. I would definitely use Anthony again for future purchases.

He asked me what I wanted and needed in a car and then helped me find one with all the qualities I mentioned. He was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions about the car. Went to Wilsonville the other day and they did not have much options there. So decided to head to Capital Toyota in Salem and they had way more options!
