Do not take your vehicle here
Unless you want all of the oil to drain out of your engine, because the tech didn't tighten the oil drain plug on the pan. Thankfully I caught it. Went back the next day, John Kim refused to fix it, and argued with me about it. Flatly told me he was not going to fix his techs shoddy work. He's lucky he's not replacing my entire engine. DO NOT ever take your car here.

Spoke with Eric's wife. She said they paid to have a new alternator installed. Afterwards, they had another technician inspect their vehicle. He reported the alternator was not new, and advised them to call the police. They returned to the business and spoke with the owner. He admitted that the old alternator had been mistakenly put back in the vehicle. He did apologize. However, he did not give their money back, or offer any compensation for the confusion. They have used this business 5 times.

Engine replacement
Just got my car back with a new engine to replace the other new engine that went bad within 3 years. Thank God is under the 3 year warranty. But, I honestly cannot say which is worse. This new one still has similar ticking sound. This is suppose to be a new engine.

Mike said he was told not to worry about the crack in the block because it was a small crack. On the paperwork, it read, the work would not be accepted under warranty. He said he felt they should have given him the option to have the work done or not. He has paid $2,500 and the vehicles coolant is still leaking. He plans on taking the vehicle back in tomorrow. For this reason, he would not recommend this business.

When the car arrived it had no freon for the ac. Without freon it is impossible to know if any other problems exist. As I explained its like checking how a car runs with no gasoline. The Acura dealer would have made the same recommendation we did. Fortunately, almost everyone who reads this will understand what I am saying. I will be happy to wave the additional diagostic time and give you a 10% discount on any additional work even though we followed proper repair procedure.

Good afternoon Mr. Bradley,
 I have just had the opportunity to read your review of the service experience you had with us recently. I am sorry that you vehicle is still not ready to pass emissions testing. I am not sure if you told me previously where you had they trouble codes diagnosed and or who told you that you needed the O2 sensor, but I would be happy to perform the diagnosis and stand behind my recommendations. If you had the reading of the codes at a parts store and you looked up the codes on the internet, that is a good start but most of the time there are other components in the system that can effect the operation of the vehicle and cause another component to give a out of range reading. I would like to help you with this trouble and get the vehicle ready for emissions testing. Our diagnostic charges for such a concern is $90 and we will stand behind our findings. Please let me know how I can help you.

Extra charge
I had to have my car towed in. Service Manager was very helpful and knowledgable. He presented the facts and costs about what had to be done and allowed you to make decision without the typical pressure. The work was done well and I was out within a few hours. The one complaint I have is that a diagnostic charge was on the bill and this charge was never discussed. It felt kind of shady to have had this included. Overall the experience of getting the car fixed and the persons working there was positive the downside was having the diagnostic charge on the bill which increased the total charges by about 33%

I do apologize if I didn't make the charges crystal clear, it is not customary for me to fail to disclose all details of the estimate and charges so that you can make your decision whether or not to have the repairs performed. Replacing the rotors are dependant on mileage and wear from brake pads. It may have been in this case we recomended replacing the rotors after inspecting them and found sufficient wear and tear for the suggestion of replacement.
