Bernadette said that she will never go back to the business. She picked the vehicle up and then had to take it back two time for three issues. When going back they talk down to her like she did not know what she was talking about. The issues were not fixed yet.

Daniel said after he had his vehicle serviced at the business, he was having problems with locking his doors. He called Joe and told him about the problem, and he said he didn't do anything to his vehicle to cause that issue. He said something is wrong, because it wasn't having that problem before he took it to the business. He isn't satisfied at all. His vehicle is also shaking and burning gas, when it didn't before going to the business. After having his vehicle serviced, the problem wasn't solved. He said the owner should take more care, and pay attention to his customer's satisfaction, instead of dismissing issues. Joe didn't want to work with him at all, to help resolve the issues at hand.

Luis said that he had a diagnostic performed by the facility, they said he would have no problems but a week later a part that was diagnosed failed. He will not be resolving this issue or returning to the facility for any reason.

Do not take your vehicle here
Unless you want all of the oil to drain out of your engine, because the tech didn't tighten the oil drain plug on the pan. Thankfully I caught it. Went back the next day, John Kim refused to fix it, and argued with me about it. Flatly told me he was not going to fix his techs shoddy work. He's lucky he's not replacing my entire engine. DO NOT ever take your car here.

Spoke with Eric's wife. She said they paid to have a new alternator installed. Afterwards, they had another technician inspect their vehicle. He reported the alternator was not new, and advised them to call the police. They returned to the business and spoke with the owner. He admitted that the old alternator had been mistakenly put back in the vehicle. He did apologize. However, he did not give their money back, or offer any compensation for the confusion. They have used this business 5 times.

Engine replacement
Just got my car back with a new engine to replace the other new engine that went bad within 3 years. Thank God is under the 3 year warranty. But, I honestly cannot say which is worse. This new one still has similar ticking sound. This is suppose to be a new engine.

I was really impressed at how quickly my car was ready to go this last time. In less than 45 minutes my oil change and tire rotation was complete.

Mike said he was told not to worry about the crack in the block because it was a small crack. On the paperwork, it read, the work would not be accepted under warranty. He said he felt they should have given him the option to have the work done or not. He has paid $2,500 and the vehicles coolant is still leaking. He plans on taking the vehicle back in tomorrow. For this reason, he would not recommend this business.

Nirav said he has already paid for repairs and his air conditioner is still not working. He said they repaired one thing and have told him there are other repairs needing to be made. He would not recommend them at this time due to this experience.

When the car arrived it had no freon for the ac. Without freon it is impossible to know if any other problems exist. As I explained its like checking how a car runs with no gasoline. The Acura dealer would have made the same recommendation we did. Fortunately, almost everyone who reads this will understand what I am saying. I will be happy to wave the additional diagostic time and give you a 10% discount on any additional work even though we followed proper repair procedure.

Always good service
I needed a lot of work done on my van! I knew it would be expensive so I wanted to make sure the most nessacary fixes were done to keep me safely driving on the road. They exceed my expectations with the service a price if my mechanical fixes. They kept me informed along the way and were polite and patient with me throughout the process. Thank you!!
