They seem like they know service but charges are in line with dealer prices $59 for a air filter blah

  1. i agree communication and the oil for life program must be clear
    and maybe it is not at this time so someone will contact you and

Acceptable
The technician I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. The repairs were completed as required. No issues with the services. I'm not fond of doing business with dealership service departments, but the experience was over all acceptable. I can't say anyone went above and beyond, but everyone was accomodating.

Still good service... just need to work on the drop off service for customers
It took several minutes before anyone would come and log my car in for service. There were many customers lined up in the bay but it seemed only one person was taking them in. Several other workers would walk out and not say anything or acknowledge the busy line. Just ask that we all get noticed and know that we will be next. Some people thought they needed to walk up to the desk to get attention when we are supposed to stay in or by our cars.

after speaking with my service advisor I now know that if there is an issues," please speak with your service advisor at that time" Do not leave upset. they will answer all of your question and make what ever the problem is right.

Overall I had an acceptable experience. The only thing I would change is the time it took for them to tell me what’s wrong with my car. I had an appointment scheduled with them but still I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours waiting for a diagnostic test result. I allowed them to fix my car and was offered a ride home while it was being fixed.

This dealership has mostly been wonderful but could use some improvememts in the hospitality department. The workers are nice and highly knowledgeable and efficient.

It's alright
They were alright. They definitely recommended I change all my fluids even though I JUST did that a few days before I brought my vehicle there. ie they're trying to take advantage of what I look like - a young girl. Oh well, most places will do that.
