Issue Resolved
After giving my review, the issue was resolved in less than 24hrs. I received a call from the manager and he explained where the ball was dropped. As well resolved my issue.

Awful wait times for oil change
I waited over two hours for an oil change. There were other customers who were after me and left before me. I presented a coupon for the oil change for $39.00. After waiting over two hours I was charged $75.00. The only explanation given was, "That's the one you always get and it last 6 months. "

"Parts Unavailable for Scheduled Maintenance" - Problem Addressed Satisfactorily
I reported a bad experience with parts not being available at the dealership to fix my car on 11/22/17. I am happy to report that I am satisfied with the corrective actions the service manager (Bart Schaffer) took to make things right. He personally picked up my car at my residence and delivered a loaner while my car was being repaired. On top of that, he gave me a 15% military discount (I'm retired Air Force) off my bill. Last, he assured me that he was taking steps to make sure the problem is avoided in the future. In my view, this is what good customer service looks like. Good work, Capitol Hyundai.

Parts Unavailable for Scheduled Maintenance
Capitol Hyundai has provided excellent service for the vehicles I bought for me and my wife. However, on my last visit, there was a problem with the service department. I had scheduled an appoint to service my Genesis Coupe a week in advance. When I showed up for my appointment, they told me the parts weren't available. Somebody "had drooped the ball". I don't expect this business or any business to be perfect, but I do expect a business to have processes in place that are followed by employees to ensure customers are served effectively. If this was the case, the chance of someone dropping the ball, and it not being caught would be rare.

Terrible !! make sure you check on the loan your self and don’t let them do it ! My interest rate was way too high and I had to refinance my car, They lied to me and said they checked 3 lenders one being my bank. My bank ran a check and NO loan request was made.. ALSO Awful service dept

Integrity issues
While I was receiving an oil change my seat was broken by a technician and he told no one just dropped my car off up front I notified the person in charge about the damage and currently still haven't be told when my seat will be repaired

Pressured to accept $!00 in services not req. by warranty, & purchase (not nec.) new tire ; kept tire tool at shop; waited 2 1/2 hrs.;
I am an 83 year old, semi-retired RN who has happily driven Hyundai automobiles for over 12 years. I am very disappointed with my 15,000 service visit at Capitol Hyundai because I believe the service adviser insisted on unnecessary services, and attempted to further exploit me by insisting my tire "could not be repaired". The nail was removed by another who informed me I did not need a new tire. Guess they were right because the tire has not leaked in 6 days driving. Could it be the service dept. may actually have kept the tire tool in a further effort to force me to return to Capitol Hyundai and purchase the new tire they insisted I needed at a cost of $289 + tax etc. Regretfully, I do not feel confident I can trust Capitol Hyundai with the services my 2016 Hyundai Tucson will need in the future.

Not pleased!
Took my Sonata in for 60,000 mile maintenance and oil change. Absolutely nothing wrong with my car, but left there with a nearly $600 bill. I filled up my car before the service and realized after I left that they somehow used a half tank of my gas! Called the service department back and they could give me no explanation as to how this happened. Going to purchase a new car later this year and it will definitely not be from Capitol Hyundai.

We greatly appreciate your feedback. It was a pleasure speaking with you on last week. We did come to an understanding that the vehicle was here for a total of two hours for two factory recalls, a oil change, fuel system decarb and throttle body service, transmission drain and refill, cabin and engine air filter replacements, coolant drain and refill, wiper blades replacement, zmax lubricant and rain x treatment. We did inform you that the vehicle was driven three miles as a result of performing the decarb and throttle body service which is a standard procedure. During the conversation, we did identify that your vehicle was filled with gas in another county 61.3 miles approximately one hour away from our facility and you had to drive here to Montgomery then home to another city which is  91 miles approximately a hour and a half away.  During your call back to the dealership, we made an effort to compensate you for the loss of fuel because we could neither prove or disprove where the gas level was upon arrival. We did agree to a compensation. We appreciate you for sharing your feedback. We try our best to be sure every customer is satisfied before and after their visit here with us.
