Fast, efficient, and friendly service
They got my car right in and took care of the repairs as promised. Pricing was acceptable. Never take your car to anyone other than a Hyundai dealer.

Very dissatisified and unhappy customer
I am very disappointed with the service I have received from the Bentley Hyundai Service Department. My last visit on March 26th was it for me. When I saw the damage done to my Veloster after a service visit and they told me the damage to my right front fender was there when I brought it in and I know they are not telling the truth(this is not the first time I have be lied to from this service department). Well, stick a fork in me I'm done with this dealership. I will never do business with Bentley again. When my car needs service I will take it another dealership that is if I keep it. I have add several new vehicles from a Ford, Toyota, and Chevy and I have never experienced the kind of service I have received from the Bentley service department. It took me a while to decide what kind of car I wanted it's very clear to me now I chose the wrong dealership to buy it from. I would not give them any stars but apparently you have to give a least one to submit this review.

The walk-around inspection found multiple areas of damage to the car at time of arrival. You were presented this documentation and have a copy for your records. We offered a meeting with you to re-inspect the damage but you never showed.

We have had a great experience overall with Hyundai . They always make sure they go above and beyond . Great customer service and a lot of employee smiles . Not often you go into a business and see all employees smiling and ready to assist you .

Took car in for 15,000 mile service and tire problem. Time and cost estimate right on target. Tire problem diagnosed and fixed also in same time span. Great experience.

Bentley Hyundai Service
I've always been satisfied with Bentley's service. It doesn't take all day to get an oil change, and they provide drinks and popcorn for their customers. My kids love that! Happy kids = happy mommy! Additionally, I had to get my timing belt replaced and had to leave my car. Bentley provided me with a clean car to drive during that time.
