Delayed Diagnosis, multiple visits
We had to take the vehicle in multiple times, we even left it with them for a week. The issue was a noise at startup. Hyundai insisted the vehicle must have a Hyundai oil filter before they would look at it any further. If their engines are so fragile they require their filter, then oil changes should be included with the vehicle. I felt as though they were hoping we would just give up and trade the car in or the warranty would expire. I finally recorded the start up sound and copied to a DVD as proof.

Love the car. Service was unacceptable.
Apparently rodents can get under your good and eat the wired. There is no protections against this not any warning to the lesser that this is possible. Even though there was nothing i did to cause this and the manufacturer did nothing to protect the car, they refused to handle it under the warranty. Sadly, this will be my last Hundai.

Returned car with bad smell
Went to have door locks repaired
Took longer than estimated and when car was returned if smelled funky ( can't even describe it other than terrible) that is unacceptable to me
Tried to contact manager but got into phone tag
And gave up ( I left last message )
Go somewhere else , we bought here and now I majorly regret it.

Tired of Tires
Get the big picture of the forest. Your disinclination to replace a new tire on a new tire due to legal small print, in my humble opinion blew it. We're not trying to cheat the Mother Ship Sonata. We believed our tire was covered by bumper to bumper and basically kicked to the curb. Not the smartest "customer is always right," legendary service you try to promote in your national advertising. You've lost business and referrals over a freaking tire.

Poor Service
I was very unhappy with my experience with Bentley Hyundai. I brought my car to the dealer for some troubleshooting for headlight issues because my family had always brought it there, but was disappointed that I received my car in worse shape when I picked it up (after opting to wait on the replacement of the battery cable until I could afford it). When I picked it up, the battery was dead, the headlight cover was never replaced and was sitting on top of the engine, the tail light wiring was pulled out and the cover not replaced, and the previously working 12V outlet were no longer working. I brought in my Sonata to find out why it kept blowing headlights, but instead I left having to replace my battery, clean up after technicians, and troubleshoot why my 12V outlet is no longer working. The only reason I didn't rate my experience as poor was because of the way the service manager treated me on the phone, with complete understanding of my concerns.

The service department is great...just no warranties on new transmissions!
I had them replace my transmission, and while I was very appreciative of the customer service I received, I was not told that there would be no warranty (beyond a 1 year implied) on the new transmission they just put in my car. That means this transmission could malfunction again any time after a year and I'd have to spend thousands AGAIN to have it replaced. There are other shops in the area that will offer a lifetime warranty on new transmissions and I'd recommend going to them first. I should have asked about this up front, and if I had I would have taken my car elsewhere.

Prompt response to concerns
Cary promptly called and explained why they performed certain procedures on our vehicle that we were not expecting. I appreciate him contacting me. As for my "no" answer regarding recommending the business -- it's not that I'm in any way unhappy with the dealership, I just don't make recommendations to others. Life is better that way.

Recall customers beware
Service was fine. An unnecessary, free oil change accompanied by Up sale of. "Needed" items when vehicle was brought in for recall items was not appropriate or appreciated. Felt like dealership is out to make money when they have to perform recall repairs.

Hyundai Process Broken - Not Serving the Customer
Brake lamp switch part replaced at Long Hyundai dealer in Chattanooga, Tennessee in April not covered under 12 month warranty by Bentley Hyundai in Huntsville because Long Hyundai used the wrong part. Customer should not be a victim of this kind of negligence. Hyundai corporation should reimburse Bentley Hyundai for the wrong part Long Hyundai installed, which caused the cruise control to randomly fail - safety hazard. Take it somewhere else
Their customer service was great! But they're overpriced, my car drove worse after they cleaned the engine, they wanted to change spark plugs (for $400) and they never found the problem. They also rolled down the window, but when we picked it up and it wouldn't roll up, they wanted to install a new window motor. They also found a recall (not related to why I brought it in) and had to keep it overnight due to that repair-but wouldn't give us a rental. To top it off, they left my car FILTHY (black smears all over the floor, handle, ignition, some on the seats). And I took it to another mechanic and it was a $20 fix.

Dealership Maintenance is a SCAM Post-Warranty
I own 2 Hyundais. When the warranties expired, the dealership "misdiagnosed" many problems and charged outrageous prices for simple fixes. Example: 2 rear quarter windows on my Santa Fe were leaking. Dealership wanted $650 to re-seal. I took it to a local auto glass shop - $75 per window. They even tried to charge me $1200 for a "cooling fan control module and 2 burnt out radiator fans" only problem is is was a loose connection---buddy found it and solved it for free. Carrie Floyd charged $106.00 for a warranty job. I have a 2015 Genesis with 11,000 miles. He takes advantage of women, thinking that they do not know any better.

Not Helpful
Paid for identification of problems with oil levels/leaks/burning and was simply told a new engine was needed. Oil light has never functioned but the car loses oil like crazy. can't recommend Hyundai vehicles or this dealership's service department.

Great Service. Dedicated to Customer Satisfaction
Service and personnel are very nice. I had not been satisfied with my experience on my latest visit and rated them accordingly. I quickly received a call from the service manager offering to address any issues I had. My dissatisfaction had been with the apparent labor-cost of the repair. He explained that there was another expensive part that had to be installed, a part I had not been told about during the cost-quote conversation. The cost of that part, alone, explained my impression of high labor-costs. I'm rating a 4/5 because I feel that knowing earlier about that part would have avoided my negative feelings altogether.

Quality of service is great. People are great. I'm impressed with their dedication to making sure I was satisfied.

Prices to explain the gilded service
Purchased a certified pre-owned Hyundai here. Have had recall after recall. Wheel bearings failed in first 3 months. Coupling in steering column failed, under recall. Engine failed, under recall. Fuel Sensor failed, no recall. While the recall work was performed and service was good in that work, it was slow getting the recall work approved. Took vehicle in after it stalled on the highway and was basically forced to overpay them to fix it, otherwise face a stiff diagnostic fee that would have nullified my savings to have it towed elsewhere. Service rep basically admitted on phone that I was between a rock and a hard place. Tried to tell me that a recall-repair to be done at the same time somehow made up for the high labor costs.
