Takes Too Long
It takes far to long for them to take care of services. They had my car for 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

Quick and Easy !
I use my Hyundai as a commuter car and service regularly - seems like I am at Bentley every other month. From the guys that greets you outside to the service people at desk: the attitudes and sense of urgency is always a 5 star. On every visit, I get an oil change, and tires rotated quickly with no wasted time!

Communication was great.
They didn’t try to up sell me (which is a good thing) they simply told me what was wrong and fixed it. Which, in turn I will have no problem going back if something else needs to be fixed or I need a new car. Great work!
