Excellent service writer and very friendly
Fast check-in and easy to follow information provided. Would have preferred a little shorter visit, but not way out of line. Fast check-out. My only complaint is where card are placed when ready for pick-up...they need to consider placing the cars with handicap placards be placed closer by parking them in the handicap parking place or at least ask the driver which place is preferred

Service contact Katlyn, was great, I was not threaled on the pricing and she reviewed what was need and tried to accommodate my cost request. Didi not get there but she did help out on discounting some of the cost and she still took care of me. That meant allot .

Kaitlyn is my service Representative and she is always friendly and ready to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. The work is done is thoroughly and efficiently. They have shuttle service, just in case you don't want to wait around for your vehicle. There is nothing lacking here! Great place to service your car.

Poor service work
I recently had a routine service done on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. Oil change, tire rotation and a recall. Come to find out got the car home and oil is dripping on my garage floor and the whole underside is wet with oil spill. Not too happy about it
