Honest treatment. Continuous respect from all staff.
We own two 2014 Azera & Santa Fe. Made mistake & purchase from Riverside dealership. Had to watch every move the sales person made. Then took for routine maintenance and they would always try to charge me when vehicle had extra warranty I purchased. Moved on to now driving from Moreno Valley to San Bernardino Hyundai. Got excellent treatment. Now Moreno Valley just open new location. We took both cars there with problem needing attention. Moreno Valley made excuse for problem but then wanted to charge me $179.00 to re-charge air conditioner on my car that had only 18,000 miles. WRONG!. Took both cars back to San Bernardino to assign "Service Advisor" John Paffenroth. Once again John took care of it and no charge for service. I have to say that i also drive a Mercedes Benz and the service we always get from San Bernardino Hyundai & Service Advisor John Paffenroth are Equal to high end dealership. Peter R

they got me in on time.
The last two visits..your guy..told me we should consider getting new tires...and this last time..he said we really should replace our front brakes..We took the car to our tire man..whose sole business is tires and brakes..and he laughed and said we have many miles on both products.
We do not care for salesman informing us we need replacement...I expect this from a low life business...
When he told me about the tires...he was telling everyone that was picking up their car..that they need new tires...I just don't appreciate making sales this way..

So Fast
I usually like an appointment first thing in the morning, but this particular date it just worked out best for me to be there late afternoon. The Service Team was so welcoming, so fast, and so thorough. They had my vehicle serviced and washed in record time without even being asked. I am so grateful for Hyundai Inland Empire (that's why we have purchased from them three times, twice in the last year alone). Thank you for being so customer service driven.
