Great friendly service. Every cliche of nice things you can think of. The only unpleasant thing constantly getting texts or emails about how my service was. I thought I answered like 4 times already. Is this the "official" email? It was great what more do you want lol

"Service agents are great"
As a girl, sometimes I feel that I don't always get the customer service that I should get. I know that is sad to say but it is true, especially when it comes to cars. I happened to be staying in the area and needed to take my car in for a recall. This isn't my regular dealership that I take my car to but wish that it could be. The customer service was amazing! Barry Albino was super nice. He didn't try to upsell me anything that I didn't need and kept me posted on the progress of my car. I loved the text messages that he sent - it was much more convenient for me to get my updates that way.

I would totally recommend this dealership to all my friends who own Hyundai's for service.

"Always a pleasure"
Came in because I felt my car was lagging some. Dewayne checked it out for me and said everything was good but that I would need a full body flush during my next service. Even though I didn't get anything done, I still got a free car wash!

"Maybe"
My car received great service and a much needed bath. However, the service team was far less focused on greeting customers. I walked in, there were 4 people in the reception area. One was on the phone. One was with a customer. There was no greeting or instructions as to next steps. I asked a gentleman in the office who was frankly, rude! Yes, my Hyundai was serviced quickly but c'mon service team a simple, "hello" or "I'll be right with you." would go a long way!
