Disgusted
Poor Customer Service, They Don't Back You Up When Your Concerned About Your Safety Of Your Brand New Vehicle. I Just Had Gasoline Go Throughout The Exhaust, Gas All In My Oil And I Drive My 5 Year Grandson In It All The Time. They Do The minimum, And Then Tell You To Come Pick Up Your Vehicle. Disgusted With Their Service And Their Concerns Of The Safety Of Their Customers.

Hyundai Service Dept
As always, MJ’s service dept completed my appt appropriately. One thing needs mentioning, I made the appt online and was unable to choose which service rep I wanted and was “stuck” with Mike who needs to learn the art of multitasking. My vehicle was ready for pickup for 15minutes, sitting in the lot, before I had to say something to another service rep in order to complete my appt. This has happened before with Mike so it just wasn’t a busy day for him it’s obviously an issue that needs addressing. I’ll stick with my favorite service rep in the future.

not enough people for the amount of traffic in office.
I think it took way to long to drop a car off for an oil change. It is a very busy place, there was no parking near service either. Pick up went quiker, just need to get the girls a second credit card machine so they do not have to share one.
