Professional Staff and good service.
The overall service experience was good. The staff was professional and service was as expected. I previously have owned a Lexus and due to circumstances I needed a more cost effective vehicle. Whereas I did not accept a high level of customer service with the purchase of this vehicle I did experience great customer service with my first 3000 mile service appointment.

Fixed like it never happened!
We purchased a new Santa Fe XL at the end of May, and while on vacation in July, a large rock or piece of asphalt was kicked up by a car in front of us on the highway and substantially dented the front end of the hood. I brought it in to get fixed, and was given a free loaner car. Picked up my car today and it's repaired so well that it's like it never happened. The cost was fair, IMO, and they cleaned and polished the entire exterior of my car. It looks brand new!

Hello, you sent this survey anonymous so I couldn't give you a call. The problem could be that the vehicles not set in the right driving mode. On page 5-48 of the Tucson Owners Manual it explains how to set vehicle to the different modes. If you would like, please give me a call or drop by, see myself or the salesman you purchase the vehicle from. We would be glad to check what mode the vehicle is in.

Excellent Service
Took my 2016 Santa Fee Sport in for a service package that included an oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection and a recall for some software update.
As I was informed that the work could require a few hours to complete, I took advantage of the free shuttle service. After I dropped off my car, I was driven home in a new vehicle with a very friendly driver. After the work was completed, my service adviser called to tell me that my shuttle driver would be back at my house within a few minutes to go pick up my car.
Not only did I receive excellent service, I was able spend my time at home instead of the waiting area.
