Update to my review "Routine Service" posted 12/24/17
After my previous review it snowed and I needed to use my windshield washer,,,,there was only a couple of pumps left of fluid. I went to the auto store and purchased a gallon and poured it into the tank and it took nearly the whole gallon. In my full service multi-point inspection it was checked off that my were checked and OK. What else was not done.I now hear a scraping noise coming from the brakes. In addition to the regular 45,000 mile service I asked for the front brakes to be replaced it appears that they were but whats the noise. The service invoice indicates that the rear brakes were serviced and not the front. I am confused and will be contacting the service dept. for follow up and possibly change my rating based on that interaction.

Great Team at MJSullivan!
We couldn't be more happier with our car buying (past & present ) experiences than at MJ Sullivan! A big shout out to Joe Lamonica & J J Parker. From sales to finance...they worked with us in every way without the back and forth games. Attention to details and went the extra to be sure we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommend M J Sullivan!! Nick Lombardi is the man. i traded my old car for a new one and without question, he knew exactly what i wanted and what style i wanted. I love and recommend this place.

Purchasing My Dream Car
Prior to going car shopping, I conducted research on nearly all models of relatively small SUVs. I visited several dealerships in Southeastern Connecticut as well. I had, by far, the best overall experience at MJ Sullivan in New London. The sales team was knowledgable, willing to cater to my individual wants/needs, and, most importantly, was honest. Upon my arrival, I was fairly confident the Hyundai Tucson SE was the car for me. Rather than trying to sell the entire lot of cars to me, James Kirby helped me narrow down my search. We tested out all the potential features, and determined which ones were most pertinent to me. Through careful consideration of my preferences, desires, and lifestyle, the sales team and I found the perfect car for me. James Parker was a huge asset to me throughout the financial process. Upon leaving the dealership, my college-loans-paying wallet managed to still have a comfortable amount of money in it. I left the dealership with a return date to pick-up my new car. A few days later, I drove away in my dream car.

Professional Staff and good service.
The overall service experience was good. The staff was professional and service was as expected. I previously have owned a Lexus and due to circumstances I needed a more cost effective vehicle. Whereas I did not accept a high level of customer service with the purchase of this vehicle I did experience great customer service with my first 3000 mile service appointment.
