very friendly and quick pick up and crew was very helpful
I had my 2011 sonata towed to the dealership because I had three batteries go bad at the same time . In the car .and the two key batteries all at the same time. The shop found the problem after another day with out my car.

Slow service
Took 1 hour and 10 minutes for an oil change and 1 filter change. Declined some services time restraint. 2 Days Later found out had a separating front tire glad I did not get rotate and balance on tires. Attempted to change filter that was changed 3 months ago and did not need it. Wanted to do a body throttle cleaning which I found out the next day was not necessary.

I am very pleased at the professionalism and courtesy they give their customers. After I had a complaint they hastily resolved the issue and I will be only going to Cocoa Hyundai for all my service needs.

Serivce, no wash and took to long
In other dealerships a courtesy wash was always provided with any service and a loaner would be provided if service will take more than an hour.

We have not received good service from this dealership from the first time we took our vehicle in for service after we purchased it. The attitudes of their service department is very condescending and we have stopped going there about 15 months ago.

Cocoa Hyundai needs to update credit card machine as a major error was made to charges to my Bank was corrected but not happy.
I spend a very frustrating day as My Bank was Debit $2135 for a tire rotation which should have been $21.95 I would point out that the two ladies in the service dept. were very professional and solve the problem with my Bank and did apologize which I appreciated. The problem is an outdated credit card device. Pay cash or write a check!!also was not told where my car was after service,and I was offered a free car wash for my troubles.
