Above and Beyond
Ive purchased two cars from Coastal Hyundai so when my trunk lid wouldnt close I called them. They said they were full. It's been pouring rain for days so I needed my trunk fixed. I asked if there was anything they could do they said I could just come in and wait. After paying a local auto repair shop $70 to tell me they didnt have the part, I called Cocoa Hyundai. Again, like Coastal Hyundai they told me they were full, but this kind lady asked what was wrong. When I explained I couldnt shut my trunk she said" we can't have you driving in this weather with a trunk that wont shut, bring it in and we will fit you in when you arrive" What??? Really?? So I get my son and we drive from melbourne to cocoa and they took my keys and in less than hour had me fixed and ready to go.
I cant thank your team enough for the level of caring shown.Thank you Cocoa Hyundai. My next Hyundai will be purchased from you.

Service advisors push for extra-cost items your car may not need. Consider a second opinion before agreeing. My car did NOT need a transmission flush or new tires as the advisor claimed...

Horrible value. Charged me $60 to "adjust" a part that cost $48 and takes 10 minutes to access and adjust. I was robbed. Sad they conduct business in such a way. Car has 47k miles. It's under warranty. Service and value ripoff. Buyer beware.

Ok service
The service took a lot longer than expected. Had to get new tires and the shipment was coming from Orlando. They said the tires would arrive anywhere from 12-1pm. It was 3pm and I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. They should of called me to tell me my shipment was being delayed. Not the other way around.

Faulty products
Spent $41 on a rear break light to be changed and the bulb was out the next day. Replaced on my own and has worked fine since. Total waste of money as the bulb was charged $6 and the labour as $36 for something that took 5 minutes on my own. Will never do again.

scheduling issues
My routine service job (oil change etc) was perfect but my warranty work for a delaminated rear window tint was a scheduling mix up resulting in an extra trip to the dealership.

How it could be better
Purchased the car here and am pleased with the service. That being said I thought that the ‘NEW’ checkin system did not save time but in fact wasted time. And once again the service dept. had a chance to shine but showed itself as second rate. To whit I purchased a set of wiper blades for 40.00 dollars and when I went out to pick up my genesis the windshield was not even cleaned. Never would happen at a Lexus dealer.

I did have some initial issues with quality of service at Cocoa Hyundai. I was contacted by the service manager, who was eager to make it right. He is personally ensuring that my concerns are taken care of. I appreciate the steps he’s taking and am confident he will resolve the issue at hand.

Waste of time!
Communication/service when making an appointment is horrible. Besides the fact that the problem I took my vehicle to them for wasn’t even fixed. Customer service doesn’t seem like a priority when you’re given an attitude for asking questions. The only thing they’re concerned about is making money.

I consult with George Dunham on servic and get truthful answers.
I probably will not buy another vehicle from this dealership since they lied to me and held my car keys until I threatened to call the Sheriff. I may buy another Hyundai but not in this dealership. Years ago I negotiated a contract with the founder of Hyundai and he was a man of honor and did what he said.
