Routine 5,000 mile maintenance for our Elantra GT
The maintenance work (oil & filter change, fluid level check, tire & brake inspection) was performed in the promised time. My service advisor was Pablo Minier. Pablo was honest and friendly and offered a complimentary car wash that was also completed while I waited for the car at the dealership.

This is my first Hyundai vehicle. I'm discovering that the car and the personnel at Napleton's are reliable and trustworthy.

After having been frustrated by a couple of other Hyundai dealerships, we met a great salesman, Joe Ward, who earned our business. Through a combination of candor and commitment Joe addressed our concerns and got us over the finish line. Replaced my engine after a recall
When my engine failed to work while I was driving on the highway I was in a panic. By the next morning, I was informed it was a recall on the engine and that while it was a time consuming process, that the service department would do their best to replace my engine in a timely fashion. Johnny at Northlake Napleton Hyundai was my service advisor and lent me a new car from their lot while they waited for a new engine from Hyundai. My car was returned to me three days ago and is running like new. Thank you so much!

The service people. Especially Michael Lingafelt
When I bring my vehicle in for service to my service adviser Michael Lingafelt. I am always treated like I am his only client. Michael Lingafelt knows I drive a 100 miles a day to and from work and I don't want to be stranded on the highway. Michael Lingafelt makes sure my vehicle is in great working order. I recently got tires and thought I had more tread. Michael Lingafelt told me that I didn't have as much as I had thought and showed me how low the tread really was & with my driving distance he wanted to make sure I stayed safe.

Great Service
I bought a car from here last year and the salesman assisted me with so much more after purchasing the car. I believe his name was scotty. I added all of the warranty coverage and every time I needed service done I contacted him and all I would do is bring the car in and he would take care of everything for me and that's what I call great customer service. I've been to many dealer ships and after you purchase your car its like they don't care about you anymore but not this place...

Well, North lake Hyundai didn't leave me hanging like West Palm Beach Hyundai. North lake actually worked on my car, they literally did actual work and didn't screw me over like W.P.B. Hyundai did.

Excellent experience
I recently purchased a new SUV from this dealership after having some unsuccessful attempts at others. From the start, I was greeted professionally on a Sunday and all my needs were covered. There was no issues as we progressed through the deal. Though it took some time to get some things done, all in all the deal got done. Cisco, the general sales manger, Scotty the assistant sales manger and Steve the one and only finance manager at the time and my salesman Jimmy, and lastly dimitri the parts man, made the entire experience excellent. I have been through this dealership before and coming back a year later, still was consistent.
Highly recommended for a seamless no pressure experience each time.
