Departmental distress
I have been coming here for years. My service advisor had left and I have been back several times that there has been such turnover in the service department. My current advisor who in my opinion is the best one now, is also leaving. I feel that someone in upper management needs to look into your department manager or director.

We made an honest mistake, admitted our mistake AND gave you a full refund for the money you spent.  I am sorry we made a mistake, but we did everything we could go make it right for you.  Your feedback says to take corrective action, we did, and we tried to go even further but you declined.  I wish you would have allowed us to do more before giving us a negative review.

Never again visit the local dealer
Very dishonest local service department:
Claim I needed wipers-changed 3 weeks prior
Said my car was fine when questioned about clicking noise-had them take a second look and said I needed two axels replaced. Turns out having two separate private shops say only the right cv joint needed replacement. Service tech said I had some time to replace them-immediately after getting car back the car was in disrepair and needed the joint fixed right away. My mechanic is wondering if they sabotaged my car being it only has 19k miles on it and it’s very rare a part like this goes bad. It a shame this service shop is bad news cause I will never buy a car from this dealership. I have a Sonata and a Genesis and love the brand just not the local service department. Turns out I only needed one cv joint and not the $1200 bill quoted. How many little old ladies have they ripped off this week?!!!

I am sorry for any confusion but CV joints and axles are the same thing.  And they are a super common issue on the Sonata's.  So common that I may be able to get you financial assistance on them from the manufacturer if you havent had them replaced already.  We certainly wouldn't be in business for 88 years if we were in the habit of ripping people off.

Car is worst now than before.
My car needed $1500 worth in repairs. After repairs were completed, I found damaged wiring harness, damaged brackets, loose fasteners, incorrectly installed parts, and other issues. Service manager Bill tried to convince me that electrical tape is a good repair for a broken connector. I am unhappy and unsatisfied about the quality of repairs performed. I feel like I got hustled by a hustler.

Service wait time is too long
I had the first appointment of the day booked for my first oil change for my new vehicle. I was told the wait was over two hours. It was actually almost 3. Ridiculous

My customer rep, a young man relatively new was great.
I left my paperwork back in Mass. I come for the winter so I forgot his name. He was the first rep to ever provide me with a comp wash, kept me informed, sent all applicable info I needed regarding my check up.

Corrected the mechanic who did not top off my fluids, I had an issue after leaving where the car suddenly de accelerated. He checked with the mechanic and did not get back to me so I assume all is OK.

He made me feel like a customer vs some dope from up north who just stopped in like most others have because of my living there and here.

Wait time need improvement
Each time that I do in I make an appointment but it does not seem to matter because the wait time is still long. Sometimes shuttle service is available if you let them know ahead of time if not you will have to wait as well. Overall communication and wait time needs improvement.

Service representatives are very nice but the department is unethical
When I went to get the transmission serviced everything was perfectly fine, my service provider was very nice, the problem was the vehicle inspection report i revived afterwards. In the report it stated that my alignment and my tension belt were both in need of immediate attention and estimated $600+ to repair. Later that day I took my car to two different mechanics who I’ve worked with in the past and both told me that both my alignment and my tension belt were in great condition and needed no attention. It is unacceptable and completely unethical to lie to a customer in order to spend money to fix something that does not need to be fixed. caveat emptor buyer beware!

Please provide us with the written inspection results of these two other mechanicsfrom the day you were here and I will not only refund you your entire invoice from your 3.23.19 visit (INV 173468 $294.20), but I will also provide you with an instore credit of the exact amount of the belt ($313.52) and the alignment ($99.95), totaling $413.46.  We stand by our inspection process and would not be in business for 88 years if we were in the habit of intentionally providing false results in order to gain business.

Not much.i didn't like the line up,of service lane,hard to get around.this dealership is so unorganized.cars everywhere.its feels dirty...your service area forvthevwaitung room,way to small,imusebthe big one in the showroom...yiurvservicevdesk are way to crowded and not enough desk.always different oeoolevwirking.i feel my Toyama dealership was so much better.u need to find a bigger dealership to move too.

Pablo in the service dept has always made our scheduled maintenance actually pleasant and completely stress free. He is honest, respectful of our time and is a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend your business to a friend because of your sales dept and would never purchase or lease another vehicle from Napleton, however your service department is top notch and Pablo has always been consistently accommodating !!!!!
