Excellent Service
The folks at Hyundai Roswell are so kind and excellent in their service. They go above and beyond for me as a customer. I typically drop my car off in the mornings whenever I need service. They always go over everything with me before I leave so there is no confusion. They always provide me a shuttle ride to my job and if they are able, they come back and pick me up once my car is done. They are great at working within my budget for what I need repaired or checked and they coordinate very well with the 3rd party Warranty I have to double check on what they cover for me!

Best car and company I have ever owned. It would be hell on high water for me to switch brands! (new Tucson looks nice for a family upgrade!)

Rick Case Hyundai
I don't know if Rick Case Hyundai is actually doing anything when I bring my 2012 Sonata for the recalls (there have been 7 so far). I am not a mechanic so how would I know they actually did anything? So, you go and hope for the best. My car still makes noises even though the engine has been replaced. It's not Rick Case's fault that Hyundai corporation made a car in 2012 that was a complete lemon.

Great service, but missed some minor details
I always have a positive experience with the Hyundai Rick Case service center. The staff is exceptional and the service is timely and thorough. Occasionally, I will have a minor case of a tire left with low pressure or my car software updated, but not with the same screen I had before.

Great service department for a terrible brand
Rick Case service department did a great job fixing Hyundai's terrible vehicle. I will never buy another piece of junk from Hyundai. About a dozen recalls for what I thought was supposed to be a very reliable vehicle. Stranded my wife twice..... Blows bulbs constantly. Hyundai needs to buy back all of these horrible excuses for cars.

Service is excellent
They quoted a price for front end alightment and oil change. They add 10% to the total job for misc shop material. This is done for any repairs. Let’s be upfront and tell the customer a service charge of 10% will be added to your total bill. The service writer has to explain to the customer this added charge.

Should have given me a loaner.
3 visits in 3 months, two of which by tow. If the car is a lemon, at least offer me a loaned instead of denying me after 7 hours and 3 requests.

They work hard to make things right.
I had a problem with a warranty issue that I bought to keep my cloth seats clean. Ian, my service advisor, was really accommodating, and helped to work things out for me. We’ve bought several new Hyundai’s from Rick Case and, most likely, will do so in the future. Thanks again, guys.

Had my Sonota in for the second time this week, once to diagnose and order parts, then again to repair. Both times work was performed under the time estimate Steve Payne promised. Thanks Steve, you rock!

Beware of not needed up-sale
The local team are trying to sell services that are not required or recommended by Hyundai. For the next service I need to look for a honest dealer service center in my area.
