Just Ok
Thankful I have not had any major issues with any of my Hyundai vehicles but not sure I would have them repaired here. Usually have updates done here since I purchased my vehicles here.

My Santa Fe needed many things repaired. I bit the bullet and just had everything done at 1 visit. I dropped my vehicle off before my scheduled appointment, I was contacted a few hours later, also received an email detailing all the things I figured needed to be done. I had my car back the same day.

Waiting for repairs
They could loan vehicles for use, while customers' vehicles are being worked on. Not just if the engine is being worked on. We still have errands that need to be taken care of, by certain times.

Very disappointed with Service we received
We were told our vehicle needed these things fixed but when we gave the ok to fix them, we were told our car was fixed and paid for it but it was not fixed and now we are being told all these other things need to be fixed. Not good service. Very dissatisfied!!

Terrible service
Bought a vehicle i. The dead of winter and 4 months later when I had to actually use my air it didn’t work. My vehicle is a 2014, no way should this have been an issue. They were going to charge me $400, $100 of it was going to me an oil change and tire rotation which was to be FREE! Then dropped it down to paying for AC because it’s considered “maintenance” not covered under warranty. Not to mention they forgot my mom was waiting In the Lobby for over 2 1/2 hours before they realized she was there and waiting! Poor customer service and communication. I’m finding out that they standby their name Screwjacks.

Lujack, Great! Hundai, not so much
On Christmas eve 2017 with only 3388 miles on my 2017 Hyundai Tuscon, the engine blew out. I had it towed to Lujack's where I'd purchased it new. It took a month to get a new engine and replace the old one. Lujack's was great. They gave me a new SUV as a loner -- no charge -- to use until mine was repaired. Hyundai's warranty took care of all expenses. Since then two other relatively minor issues have surfaced, all corrected at no charge under warranty.

It's difficult to trust a car with the record my Tuscon has. A long trip would take second thoughts. Lujack's has bent over backward to take care of me and through all the only cost I've incurred is one oil change on the new engine. But it is more than doubtful that I would ever consider purchasing another Hyundai.
